We would not recommend booking with this company based on our experience…read more We hired them to redo our back patio. We approved the original quote, which then increased by $4,000 during the project. At completion, we were presented with a final bill $13,000 more then the increased quote. The additional costs were not clearly communicated or discussed with us in advance. When we asked for clarification, we were told there wasn't time to review the added expenses beforehand. Beyond the pricing concerns, we were also disappointed with the quality of the work. Our retaining wall and paving stones are uneven. We were advised that tamping would level the surface, but this did not resolve the issue. We later learned that the type of paving stone used (Belgard) is not intended to be tamped, and the installation did not follow the manufacturer's guidelines. As a result, the warranty on the belgard stone is no longer valid. There were also design decisions made during the project that we did not fully agree with. For example, a landing was added to the stairs that was not necessary, and it resulted in an awkward step configuration.Now that the snow has melted, it's clear that the stones have already shifted and begun to crack. Overall, the combination of unclear cost increases and issues with workmanship led to a very frustrating experience.

Horrible customer service experience with this company. Do not recommend. There are other…read morecompanies in Regina who want your business. This one does not. The owner went so far as to suggest this customer was lying on multiple occasions and stated customer did not have common sense. Owner needs to take a customer service course. Failing to inform the customer of the companies policies and expectations is NOT the fault of the customer. I am out money as a result of this company failing to make things right. AVOID. Update-I went through the BBB and was offered a small refund by the company for services not provided. I accepted this offer on Feb. 17. As of March 28 the funds have not been received. I will consider this matter closed when the cheque is received. Update #2-It is now April 26. Cheque is still not received. Do not use this company. No integrity.
