Terribly disappointed with this business. A gift turned into a nightmare. The return policy is not what is stated on their receipt. It appears to be at the whim of the owner. The staff were sympathetic and appeared to be very helpful but unfortunately the owner sets the policies. A good experience begets about 10 positive referrals but a bad one reaches about 70 people. So beware of this company. There are others in Regina who do wonderful work. read more

We would not recommend booking with this company based on our experience…read more We hired them to redo our back patio. We approved the original quote, which then increased by $4,000 during the project. At completion, we were presented with a final bill $13,000 more then the increased quote. The additional costs were not clearly communicated or discussed with us in advance. When we asked for clarification, we were told there wasn't time to review the added expenses beforehand. Beyond the pricing concerns, we were also disappointed with the quality of the work. Our retaining wall and paving stones are uneven. We were advised that tamping would level the surface, but this did not resolve the issue. We later learned that the type of paving stone used (Belgard) is not intended to be tamped, and the installation did not follow the manufacturer's guidelines. As a result, the warranty on the belgard stone is no longer valid. There were also design decisions made during the project that we did not fully agree with. For example, a landing was added to the stairs that was not necessary, and it resulted in an awkward step configuration. Now that the snow has melted, it's clear that the stones have already shifted and begun to crack. Overall, the combination of unclear cost increases and issues with workmanship led to a very frustrating experience.

Their quote was nearly 3 times higher than everyone elses. Needless to say we didn't go with them…read more:)
