I called the Weed Man early in the year. They said they would get rid of the ground ivy and it was guaranteed and they would come back at no charge if the first treatment didn't work. It took two treatments to get rid of the weeds. They fertilized my lawn as well. It looked better than it had done for years. I am getting them to look after the front lawn this year as well. My husband has created huge patches of bare dirt while trying to kill the weeds. Weed Man are giving me lawn seed to fill in the bare patches. I am sure that the front lawn will eventually look as good as the back. I am very pleased with the Weed Man.

They showed up at night, but instead of doing their job, they just took pictures of the property and packed up and left. If you have the chance to hire them, hire a few 10 year olds with a shovel instead. These guys are the absolute worst. And their lawn "care" isn't much better, either.

They did not bag the grass after being asked to. They cut back on services, but kept the price the same and pulled out of snow removal. My dad was dying of cancer and hoped that he could help my mom out after he passed away. This was NOT "worry free" for my mother at all. They mowed half the grass too low and that half of the yard had dead, yellow grass. When a complaint went in, we were told to just water it more. Their response time is awful and they pick and choose what emails, texts or phone calls they will respond to. My mom waited weeks to hear from Austin, but they will certainly respond when money is involved. Many, many chances were given and each time it was absolute disappointment for my mom. Brutal customer service, awful job done on the grass and then cut off services to my mother without reducing monthly pay. They do not care about their customers. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
