She said she could do what she wanted and we could do nothing about it. And she will not pay the 50% she was to pay us on a sale. The item was a mid-1860s cabinet/sink that was appraised for $3000 three years ago. We agreed to sell it for $1500 and no lower giving us $750 (a big loss). She had an offer of $800 and we said no but she said we have NO say and she was selling it anyway. She has more of our items and will not let us take anything back. She is a thief. I took away one star because I came looking for furniture and other than some dining room furniture, there wasn't much. Not their fault. Just not what I was looking for today. In-store financing was easy in application, and payments were completely reasonable. They are constantly circulating inventory, and have a great selection. Some suggestions for improvement: Offer cleaning and repair services in the home. I'm not talking full refurbish like Furniture Recovery in Fort Wayne, but small repairs or tears. Create a voicemail for your phone line. I called your store, the phone rang a few times, and then I received a fax sound. When I called your parent store, they insisted I had the right number and explained the sound was because you don't have a voicemail. This fax sound gives people the impression they have the wrong number. New customers may become frustrated and not call back!

When it was delivered the edges weren't smooth and if you looked on the underside of the table it was VERY obvious it wasn't barn wood. Called the Lady that owns this place and she played dumb like she had no idea. So after several back and forth conversations they remade a table top and were supposed to come to our house and change out the tops (attaching to the legs). The guy they hire to drop off the tables refused to help assemble. just dropped off a table top and let me add its still not reclaimed barn wood. We were even told by an employee that they just cut down trees and let them age a little and use those. NOT barn wood so this owner is very dishonest. The new top has 2 supports underneath that are NOT even One goes all the way to the edge and the other is inset like it should. It looks terrible and they paid good money to be ripped off.
