He helped the previous client up out of the chair, brushed him off and helped him put on his jacket! I knew I came to the right place for my Dad. As Dad got trimmed, Ron put on Herb Albert's Tijuana Brass Whipped Cream album (which was for sale along with a bunch of other stuff). When looking at all aspects of a quality hair cut experience, this place has it. High quality cuts, for a fair price in a relatively short amount of time. They get you in and out without much delay. After my barber of 30 years passed away 2 years ago it's been a merry go round of an experience trying to find the right replacement. Another barbershop down the road wasn't too bad but, in my opinion, Stefanec's is a better option! My last 4-5 haircuts have been there and I think I will continue going there. The only aspect of the experience that's missing is that it's not Bill "The Barber" Miller. The rapport built up over 30 years simply can't be replicated. I will always miss that! Being "on deck" on their board in 4 mins, meant my son was skipped over twice and then taken 45 mins later. Overall we checked in at 3:10pm online, we were told 40 mins (then updated that we were bumped up and ready in 15). So we were "scheduled" for 3:30....we showed up before the time they recommended to be confirmed. Then we sat. And sat. And sat. He was called back at 4:30. They don't care. This has happened on the last 3 trips. Just a total waste of time. I am now "On Deck" for Great Clips for our next cuts. They manage their clients with respect and timeliness. Go somewhere else.
