So when companies do people wrong and then hide behind excuses, deflect responsibility, or try to intimidate instead of making it right, it tells you everything you need to know. We saw it firsthand with a home inspection situation, and now again with Lewis Appliance Services in Mansfield. Our neighbors were forced to use them through a warranty company and were met with nothing but disrespect. Screamed at. Hung up on. Then talked down to over email because their request was not even understood. It gets worse. They tried to escalate it to the owners and got blocked. Not ignored, blocked. That alone says everything. Go read the lowest Google reviews and the owner responses if you want a clear picture. It is not just unprofessional, it is embarrassing. Owning a mistake is not weakness. It is the bare minimum. You can make excuses or you can make it right. Some companies make it very clear which one they choose!!
