I am a bride that recently had her wedding 3 days ago.
If i could give this place a zero I would. Let's start with the process of getting the wedding day set. Angie Woolley is horribly disorganized and does not know her head from her ass and has absolute garbage communication skills. She will leave you on read for days or come back with an attitude over simple questions. The contracts she gives you will either be not filled out fully or just blank contracts. She'll cut you "deals" for the venue and the falling apart house that she "doesn't own." The venue decking is bowing, rotted, and has exposed nails that my dress and veil constantly got suck on. The benches are warped, disgusting, and has sap on them. I had two guests fall off of the benches because they do not sit flat to the decking and went out from underneath them. We had to provide big fans because she didnt know if she had any. Now on to the rental houses. The main house she took payment on originally charged $1500 for three nights but cut us a "deal" of $1200. She later after all the issues we had in the house regarding none of the fridges and freezers having shelves in both bridal and main house area. She also knew the fridge in the main house was not operational but neglected to inform us so that we could make arrangements for where to put our wedding food and cakes. We find out later that our food was put in that fridge and ruined $2,000 worth of catering. She then pushed it off on not being able to find people to fix it even though she knew about the issue before we even checked in. The house has pieces of the wall missing. There are no curtains in the downstairs bedrooms which made it difficult for my family to get ready for my husband's and I's wedding. The cleanliness of the house is poor. The dishwashers are broken and full of previous tenants dirty dishes. The room joining the bridal get ready area was once a bedroom but upon checking in we found out it was changed to storage leaving me to put my mother and brother on day beds instead. The chairs to the outside seating area were thrown about and the pool was a nasty green and not at all ready for use. The bulbs around the house had burned out and not replaced between stays. The TV in the living room is not operational. There is also a camera pointed to beds in the garage area when there is not supposed to be cameras in a sleeping space (fun fact thats illegal). The bed in the master bedroom is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on and no where in the house besides the bridal get ready and the master bedroom had clothing rods in the closets. The honeymoon suite was even more of a nightmare due to the fact that my family got in late friday night and went to bed. She tried using the shower and the water smelled foul and was a green color. The internet had issues. She notice a puddle from the bathroom but thought it was from another family member staying in the house with her so she cleaned it up and kept it going. On sunday check out for the suite we received a text from angie getting onto us about having the garage door open on the main house (we were loading our cars to take wedding stuff home.) She then hit us with the news that a waterheater pipe busted in a utility closet behind a locked door that no one could get into. She then told us that the issues that we were having with the main house will be forwarded to the person who owns the house and that the pricing for the house was $250 per night $200 for cleaning and $50 for tax. We paid HER $400 a night. She then through it off on the owner and spewed her own problems instead of taking accountability. The view is incredible but its not worth the headache and tears that ive shed to book with this incompetent person again. Angie you are playing with people money and not providing adequate service you should be ashamed and if you cant keep up in the wedding market THEN LEAVE. read more
