I hired Pine Creek Service because my husband has Stage IV cancer and we make frequent trips…read more(2-3X/week) to the hospital for treatment. I had to shovel myself out of my driveway with 6"+ of snow TWICE in order to take my husband to chemo - one of those times, I fell and tore my rotator cuff. I called Pine Creek to inquire about the lack of snow plowing service, and my call was ignored. We were very disappointed with the advertised snow plowing service vs. the actual snow plowing service provided. At times, we got plowed more than a day after snow had stopped falling. We did NOT get plowed twice during a major ("historical") storm as advertised. The last time that we were plowed (in the late afternoon after a large snowfall the day prior), I watched as our driveway was plowed with a broken snowplow - the driver and his assistant, (who mainly just sat in the cab instead of using his shovel to help), tried to figure out what was wrong with the blade, but couldn't get it to work. Instead of pushing snow, the plow removed snow from our ENTIRE driveway by PULLING the snow with the blade into the street, then revving the engine to push the snow as hard as it could to remove it from the street, totally tearing up the sides of our driveway and yard. I watched the plow do the same for our neighbors across the street, pulling up their sprinkler system with it. Pine Creek Service offers terrible customer service as well as poor service in general.

Wayne Snyder did an excellent job cleaning the windows at my home yesterday!…read moreHe took the time and was very thorough in cleaning the 4 panes and one screen in each of the 17 double-hung windows (with combination storm windows) that I had Wayne make sparkle again! This is no easy task, as I have done them in the past and it typically takes me a few hours or more a day, over a long weekend because it is very tedious work. Wayne came recommended from a client of mine so I knew that he would be professional and do good work. I was pleased to also find that he is a very nice guy too and someone you can definitely trust to have in your home. It is true that you don't know how dirty your windows are until you see them clean again. It's amazing how clear they are now, and eventhough I'm still looking at snow as I type this review, it's crystal clear snow and will look even better soon enough, once spring is in full bloom! I highly recommend Wayne's Window Washing and I plan to refer him to all of my clients, because I can think of about a hundred things I would rather be doing than cleaning my windows. It's easy when you just call Wayne to take care of it. Thanks again Wayne! - Nick Archer - South Minneapolis
