They explained that we could still file a claim against our previous carrier because we had 2 hail storms within the last2 years. Our Project Manager, Ben, was exceptional in every regard. They made getting a new roof an actual enjoyable experience. The most amazing part though was the morning of our install--we mentioned that our dog is 9yrs old & scares easily and so we were worried about the noise.. RoofDog's owner showed up that morning with a Luxury Day Pass for our sweet boy, Buster, at a local Dog Daycare & 'PetSpa'. I am just so grateful for the experience! Kyle showed up right on time and explained exactly what he would be doing and approx how long it would take. They first shot the LIDAR Drone Scans of my entire roof, then he walked my entire roof taking images & documenting any damages & he also used some sort of device to determine granule degradation. Once the inspection was completed, Kyle used his iPad to show me everything in my Roof Portal and where everything was located and how to request and schedule a Roof Repair Request. Overall this is amazing for documentation to have when I have to file my next roof claim. The value provided is just so immense especially considering we didn't have to pay out of pocket bc it came with our policy, but even if I had to pay for it the value far exceeds the nominal cost.
