My favorite drink was the applesox red cider so good and refreshing. My husband ordered the brisket and really enjoyed it, and the fries were truly amazing. You can tell they make their sauces in house, which made everything even better. There's street parking available, and the overall vibe is very chill, spacious, and welcoming. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

I almost always ask what the server's favorite thing on the menu is, and our waitress didn't hesitate to share that her favorite was "hands down" the brisket French dip. She also shared that the fish tacos were out of this world and the pretzel would also be a good choice. Well, my daughter didn't have to be persuaded to order a pretzel, and my husband decided to get the brisket dip, and to round out the order, I figured I would try the fish tacos--and O.M.G. Soooo good! Let's just say it was a perfect marriage of fresh and flavorful! My husband and I had planned on sharing half and half, but we loved our own so much that we decided to finish what we started. The only thing we would caution you is that the dip is a little messy...it's made with chunks of brisket, not sliced, so it is a little tricky to keep it together--but delicious, nonetheless! Well also appreciated that there was a big screen with a football game on while we waited. It wasn't loud, but it was definitely lively! We would definitely visit again!

I use quotes because, as others point out had I read reviews, this isn't your traditional brewery experience. With the Ten Pin bowling reference, I figured this was just a bowling alley with a brewery. I'm a fan of bowling and craft beer, so I was excited at this prospect. Instead, the "brewery" experience is housed at their sports bar / casino bar. Rather than watching bowlers and the obligatory Big Lebowski on a tv while sipping craft brews, we were stuck with Chive TV and uninteresting college bowl games on the tvs and people buying pull tabs. Just not a very enjoyable atmosphere for enjoying craft beer, especially if you want to ask questions about their beers. As for the beers, they were a bit hit and miss. Once again enjoyed the Gutterball, as well as the Oktoberfest and even the Groove Pineapple Wheat despite not usually being a fan of beers that add pineapple (not sweet like I expected). The rest were a bit lacking in execution, and they were out of several IPAs/pales that were listed on the menu. We also had their wings, which were actually quite solid. If they were to move the taps into the production facility next door or better incorporate it into the bowling alley experience, we would consider coming again. But probably not with the existing setup.

All the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The tomato bisque was exceptional! Terry, the cook, came out and said hello, asking me how I liked the meal. I let him know that I'm a trained chef, and his meal was fabulous! The waitress said he's worked there for 15 years, that his specialty is prime rib, served every Saturday. I will definitely be back for that. This bar has been here 85 years, and I moved here 30 years ago but had never been here till this evening. I'm guessing the food here is better than most of the restaurants in Wenatchee. The decor is plain and simple. The ambience is what you would expect in a local bar with a long history and a loyal local clientele. Nonetheless, the service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Even being charged a 4% credit card processing fee, food pricing is better than other restaurants. So are the quality and portion sizes. New tables and chairs with cushioned seating fill two dining rooms. And there is plenty of offstreet parking. All things considered, it's worth the 20 minute drive from Wenatchee down to Rock Island, just to enjoy the food and the drinks. I don't think anyone gets turned away here. What's not to like? This was a five star experience for me.

Moldy raspberries and mushy blueberries....do better with quality control. Sausage gravy can either make or break a breakfast meal. They use a nasty powder gravy mix that they added a little sausage to....this was horrendous. Anyone who would disagree has no taste buds. Bacon, sausage links, scrambled eggs, biscuits. In addition to a casserole with all these same things was overkill. adding some crepes and/or quiches to the menu would be nice. Lastly, tell your customers that you charge a credit card transaction fee. I hope you have signs posted but we didn't notice any.
