The owner of the subway looked at those nachos, then looked at me. I knew right then that she was gonna ask me if I wanted to switch that order and give the fresh order to the complaining customer. What the owner did next is to ask her employee to ask me if I would switch the nachos. Of course I blew a head gasket and had some choice words to say I should have not done that and I apologize for that. But my question is how are you gonna offer somebody else's food that they paid for and I already put their hands on to someone else just to save $5.00. Totally disgusting and nasty, and on top that they don't even wear gloves when they make sandwiches. and yes, I did cancel my order and walked out.

She put on the gloves and moaned about how tired she was and how she wanted to be off work. I didn't get the usual Subway sandwich I've gotten at other Subways. She was cheap and barely put any lettuce or anything else I ordered on my sandwich. I asked her how much the big pretzels were in the front case. She told me they were $2.50. I asked her if they came with cheese. She said, "Yes, but it's not very good and I'm just being honest." I won't stop there again. I'm sorry I bothered your employees this evening Subway. So we drove around the back and didn't see any close parking and easy way to get in for 2 people who use wheelchairs. Oh well.
