We both had something from the starter menu and different entrees. The prime rib was perfect! The ribs were plentiful and beautifully roasted and flavoured. The staff treated us like royalty but the atmosphere was casual and friendly. We are so lucky to have a place like this in Dryden! A minor issue that should have been easily resolved. Instead, the agent at the desk became rude, angry, and argumentative. Made a variety of claims about rates contrary to company policy easily looked up on their website. Very unpleasant experience. I was pleased at check-out to find the correct rate on my bill. Room had no hand soap, my wife went and asked for some. The same employee again became angry and rude, refusing to give her any. Floor was dirty, didn't appear to be vacuumed. There were hairs all over the room. Pictures of the room quality were deceptive. The front desk agent has no business interacting with the public. I was firm, but polite. My wife and 7 month old we're with me through the whole interaction. I will not stay in a Comfort Inn again.
