I had a very specific location and home specifications and Robin made sure to tailor her search to really meet those needs so we weren't wasting time looking at stuff we never would have considered. And when the house we were getting fell through due to issues that came up in inspection, she helped us find and get into a different, even better house in time for our original closing date! They think it's ok to say I don't know and that you'll go away. The balconies are blocked off due to construction that has been going on for months. You're paying for a balcony but can't use it. And the construction starts at 8 am. So much for a quiet place to sleep or study. You have to pay rent for a full month at the beginning and end of the lease but you can't move in until the 15th and have to be out by the 23rd (partial months are not prorated). Parking spaces are blocked off by the construction equipment so there is inadequate parking. If you get locked out it's $75. They send threatening emails about how you'll be fined if you don't do this or that, but when you need something they don't respond. Overall, for the price this is not a good value.
