As a seller from out-of-state, Cindy took so much of the weight of selling my sister's home on her…read moreshoulders that it made the entire process a breeze. I had spent many months in the Tallahassee home over several years as I helped my sister transition to assisted living in Citrus County. I checked with all my sister's friends and neighbors for recommendations for selecting a local realtor. Cindy stood out among all those excellent agents I interviewed. I would 100% recommend Cindy to anyone looking to sell their home. She has extensive knowledge about Tallahassee real estate knowing exactly how to price and market the home. Cindy gave me referrals that helped me select both a fantastic cleaning company and an excellent company for an estate sale. Within about a week she had three signed contracts for the full listing price. Unfortunately, after the home inspection, several critical repair issues were discovered, such as replacing outdated plumbing and electrical issues. Once again, Cindy obtained several quotes for each of the repairs from highly reputable companies. She then coordinated with all the companies to facilitate all the necessary repairs and inspections. Cindy constantly apprised me by email and text of all activity (visits, interest level, repairs, etc.). Six weeks after the listing was first posted, the home sold for the full listing price, and the money was wire transferred into my sister's investment portfolio. The sale went incredibly smoothly and efficiently. (I later found out from my sister's neighbors that the buyer was as happy as I was.) You can trust that you will be well taken care of with Cindy as your partner in buying or selling your property in Tallahassee!

Working with Sarah Hening and Jen Griswold was amazing. They are like the dynamic duo. I thought…read morethe idea of buying a home was going to be stressful, but these ladies have completely shattered that idea. Sarah took her time to understand what my husband and I were looking for in our future home and advised us on the neighborhoods we were looking at. By the third house we had found our dream home. Now Jen enters the picture to guide us through the all the necessary paperwork, home inspection, punch list and what not. We found the perfect lender and Home insurance following their advice and we could not be happier with our choices. Both Sarah and Jen were ALWAYS available for any call or text with questions my husband and I had. By closing day, though we were nervous (which is expected) both Jen and Sarah sat next to us for support and availability to answer any questions we had. This was our first time purchasing a home and the process and experience could not have gone better. 10/10 to this team for helping us find our dream home!! Thank you Sarah and Jen!!!

Our most recent experiences have been April 2019 (sale), October 2019 (sale) and January 2020 (sale). She is knowledgeable, professional, and clear in her communication. Our experiences are proof that she can make things happen for her clients. As buyers, she secured our purchase (within our budget) despite multiple offers, and our recent sales were over-asking and/or multiple offer. We could not be more satisfied with her skills and execution which resulted in extracting full value in very short sale cycles. In addition to that (which is plenty), we were very fortunate that she, John, and their team is willing to go the extra mile EVERY step of the way. Elena, come to TX and we will keep you busy! Thank you for everything. We would never trust any other agent with our real estate transactions in California.

So even though she was strongly financially incentivized to minimize problems and usher us along to the closing, she did the right thing. Before canceling the purchase, Abbe's partner Dan also helped us tremendously.
