I wasn't able to get anyone…read moreto come with me to the session so Mike was able to have his wife Karen sit in, which made me feel so comfortable. They were both awesome, I had never done anything like this before and did not know what to expect. It was great! I got to the studio and got my hair and makeup done, which was so fun to be pampered! Then mike went over what to expect from the shoot and showed me some pictures of other boudoir shoots so I could visualize what it was going to be like and what the typical poses were. Then he asked to see the outfits I brought with so he could plan backdrops and props. There was a bathroom to change in and at first getting into the outfits was uncomfortable, but once he started taking the photos and showing me the pictures I got more comfortable. He was very professional, if I needed privacy while changing poses he would go to the other room and then come back in when I was ready. He tries to give as much privacy to make you feel comfortable. Going into the shoot I thought it was going to be weird and uncomfortable but it was so much fun! It was such a confidence boost and it helped me feel comfortable in my own skin. Mike and Karen made me feel comfortable and beautiful it was way more than I expected going into the shoot. The photos turned out amazing, Mike was so prompt with getting them to me so I could pick out the ones I wanted and the communication was easy and fast over email. It was a couple days and he had the layout for the book done and now I am just waiting for it to be made! I would recommend Unique Moments to anyone with photography needs!

This makes for natural looking photos. Her work is amazing. Her photos always turn out absolutely gorgeous. She has such attention to detail and a great eye for capturing the perfect moment. I always love the photos! We have had her do family photos, newborn photos, Christmas photos, and first year photos. More recently, her main focus has been boudoir photography. I finally pushed myself outside my comfort zone and had her do my photos as a gift for my husband for our fifth wedding anniversary. The whole experience was fantastic. Hair, make-up, access to her wardrobe, and the session itself. I felt so comfortable in the most uncomfortable situation with Amber. She is absolutely perfect for this type of photography. I had fully anticipated picking myself apart in the photos, not the photos themselves, I knew her photos would be beautiful, but me. However, when I saw them I didn't. She didn't edit me out, not my stretch marks, not my cellulite, not my scars. It was me and I thought - "wow, I look quite pretty." She is worth every penny and I couldn't be more grateful for her helping me get a glimpse into seeing myself how my husband does.

He was so polite and was like lets relax. I myself am a photographer so im already over thinking this. He did breakdowns with few snaps but the ones he got were good ( I am known to b snap happy) I have issues with my post baby body everything just isn't were it was. But the photos were amazing. Simple. I thought id need all these backgrounds and props. AND this was for my daughters first birthday and he captured her WILD personality and her stunning beauty in every shot. It was really expensive....like in los Angeles its not always that expensive. But im really we went with such beautiful professional studio for our first family photo and to document her first year!! I will say, I run the same editing uploaded system and I know how easy and how free it is for him to put every raw image on a cD for me......I mean I do understand he dose not want any unfinished work out of the studio and so every photo must b perfected and editing is time so I should have to pay for the time. So I respect that hustle. But yea amazing and I havent even sean the done photos lol
