If I have a critique, it's that I have to pay cash and then navigate insurance reimbursement myself. It's a pain. I get it, their model works for them and it's not enough of a hindrance to make me stop coming or rate them lower than 5*. Just less service on that end than some others. Great location, tele health is available, and they're super responsive. They send good reminders about appointments, paperwork, to update ongoing assessments and testing. In conjunction with my prescriber, this is working so I'm gonna keep doing it.

I start by explaining how my life was made whole or transformed or became a joyous yet peaceful existence because of Hannah Cole, and then I profusely praise her for being (in so many ways) a savior to my psyche. It was Hannah's unwavering support that led me to transform how I perceived myself, and that transformation happened due to a therapy known as Internal Family Systems (IFS). When Hannah mentioned IFS early in our sessions, I pretty much dismissed it. When she mentioned it a second time, I decided to view the video about IFS that she recommended. Well, IFS turned out to be my Golden Ticket to finally understanding myself and bringing together all the aspects of my psyche, which led to transforming a life of past grief into a life of present joy.

It's a hundred times better than the typical roadside walk-in clinics, where the staff can be rude, the environment feels unclean, and the doctors don't seem to know what they're doing. From the moment we walked in, the friendliness of the entire staff--from the receptionist to the nurses--was outstanding. Everyone was thoughtful, kind, and incredibly welcoming to both myself and my daughter. I was also blown away by the technology they use. We were taken to our room and had a virtual consultation with the doctor, while a nurse checked my vitals in person. The doctor could hear everything in real-time, right from her office--wherever that was! I was seriously impressed. Thank you so much for getting me in without an appointment and for treating us with such kindness. I highly recommend this Cherokee Health Systems clinic--it truly exceeded my expectations.
