Gio came this morning to fit two internal doors. He did an absolutely fantastic job. He took extreme care to make sure the doors fitted perfectly. He cleaned up afterwards, including vacuuming everywhere to leave the carpets nice and clean once he was done. He even vacuumed the path up to our front door! Gio is an extremely friendly person and it was a pleasure to have him do the fitting. The new doors fit perfectly and his care and attention to detail was faultless. We have bought one front door from this company. It leaked. They applied more mastic. It still leaked. They eventually replaced the door. It leaked. Massively and ruined the hall carpet which disintegrated due to the glue dissolving. This three years after the door was fitted. Turns out, the much vaunted 10 year guarantee doesn't cover much. They offered to send someone to apply more mastic at a cost of over £200. Is it normal to have to apply mastic to a composite door so frequently? Getting them to turn phone calls has been an issue. Just going to remove this door and get, hopefully, a better one. Expensive business. read more

Recently had 4 internal solid oak doors and a set of French doors, all made to measure as non-standard sizes made and installed. Excellent workmanship and service.
