My neighbor used Accent Roofing today to replace their roof. One of the crew chose to use my backyard at least twice as a toilet. When I approached the crew member a second time when I tracked him down, he just walked off and relieved himself in the client's backyard. Unbelievable. The full crew saw this individual walking multiple times into the backyard but didn't stop him. And I am sure that they heard me yelling at him to get off my property. Sure it was hot today. Sure everyone needs to hydrate. But this is totally unacceptable. And, it just happens to be illegal. My wife was working remotely on our back porch (no fence between our lots, so this guy just walked as far back as he could and came over onto my lot) which is how I first saw him wandering around in the trees the first time.
