With less than a month to complete, he got everything done with a few days to spare. It wasn't an easy remodel either; he lifted the HVAC higher into the attic (8'+ up), added a half bath bathroom, and changed the framing of our attic to make it more of a loft and spacious. Ultimately, it was gorgeous! My family owns a commercial construction company, and they are all impressed with how well done and professional it looks. FCR didn't skimp on any materials, and the hardwood/bathroom look great. If I ever get another renovation in ATL, I'm only going with FCR as it's hard to find good contractors. Thank you again FCR!

I played along to ask for the itemized quote (because theres no way that they could justify that number) but they couldn't give it. For a project that involves your house and $20K plus you want a professional company. My experience with them has been anything but professional - I 100% would not even waste your time.

He renovated a 100-year-old home for us and made what could have been a stressful experience an actual joy. We had worked with other contractors prior, and half the time they didn't show up, did shoddy work or told us we needed repairs we did not need (to the tune of thousands). Honesty is everything, and for that reason these are my go to guys.
