While my grandmother looked for a bible, I looked around at the other items they sold. They also had mugs, Christian books for youth, marriage and just about any other topic. They also sold offering plates, frames, CDs and in general lots of stuff! My grandmother found a nice sized bible she liked, my aunt also found a tiny bible that she could read (with her glasses on). She was going to get her name engraved on the Bible but the letters were too big for the tiny bible. Overall, I recommend this Christian bookstore, they had a good Christian music playing and had gear selection of bibles.

Barnes & Noble has books of all kinds, but it also has so much more than books! I saw at display of Lego sets that become floral bouquets, bonsai trees, and other amazing things. They sell vinyl records, DVDs, gifts, and toys. They have a coffee shop, a place for classes and community events. Their children's space is wonderfully decorated and looked like a great place to take children or grandchildren. The displays were well organized according to category - everything from fiction to philosophy, devotionals, science, and much, much more. Since I have a stack of books I'm already working on, I didn't take the time to find another one to add to it - though, considering their selection, I'm sure I would have found several. I made my way to the check out and presented my receipt for the book I purchased online, and they had it waiting for me. The young man at the counter was courteous and efficient. I intend to return when I have more time to browse and perhaps enjoy a coffee too.

If you didn't know, there is an ISBN NUMBER located on all books sold, and you can use this number if you want to order a book! You'll find this number on the back bottom right hand. The first time I used this ISBN number the person at the help desk wasn't aware of this information. So, just a little bit of new info for some of us avid readers!
