We are both in customer service and, after our interaction with Tom, we decided this would be our "jeweler" regardless of our home location in Texas. They have always been prompt in responding, and are quick to stand behind their products. I have needed some repair work to my ring (admittedly probably a little rough with it), and there has never been a question on getting it shipped out, fixed, and turned back around to me as soon as possible. In our business, it's always best to remember that there are always two sides to every story - or at least a little more background to consider. It appraised for $1,400 less than what I paid - And that was with the professional appraiser taking into consideration what is considered a fair jewelry store markup. 14k blue diamond ring. Diamonds rated as poor by the professional appraiser. High pressure sales tactics and misleading information. And saying you get their appraised value in the mail later is a huge Red Flag! I know better now. They know you have limited time to get back on the ship and they take advantage and rip you off. Buyer beware!

It also wasn't overly greasy because I didn't leave a trail while shopping. It's true, that I could find something similar in many gift shops and on the ship - though I am skeptical that it was the same formula, nor did they have the discount if I bought 3 - like was offered in the store or online. When I took it home for my daughter to try on her eczema, it not only helped relieve the initial dry and cracking, but it's actually making the breakouts go away. Other things I've tried only relieved the symptoms but wouldn't keep it from spreading. I not only got the lotions, but I got a beautiful pewter bowl, and some really cute sea shell rings for myself, I got a great variety of gifts for everyone I needed to shop for!
