Et à réçu le prix de meilleur institut de Belgique dans le soins des ongles pour l'année 2016 avec une note donné par les clients de 9.6/10. L'institut l'essentielle fait tout pour que votre bien être soit leurs priorités .

BEWARE & AVOID! I bought a package for 5 visits to their…read morehairdresser for colouring and cut. The first two visits went well, but then, they cancelled my 3rd appointment at the last minute and JUST before the Xmas holidays. Leaving me unable to find anywhere else available to cover my gray hair, so i had to go on holidays like that. Then I had a second appointment in January, which was also cancelled. Currently they don't have a hairdresser, so I asked for my money back but they don't want to reimburse me. They keep saying that they will call me when they have someone. I then said that i will proceed to take legal action and to leave a negative comment in the social media, they reply saying it is ILLEGAL to blackmail them with leaving bad comments,... . NOW, i will contact the European consumer group for help, as i've also found out that they are many other woman in the same boat as I and will have to get a lawyer as well. Because all of this, I am very stressed. And with even more gray hairs... They haven't found yet a solution, no hairdresser for over 2 months, 3 cancellations and STILL they don't want to give me my money back. I don't trust this business.
