I'm scoring them so low because their servicing department is ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL, my loan was sold (completely normal) however despite me making payments the information provided to the new servicer was for the original balance of the loan not reflecting my payment (apparently common?) . As of writing this I have contacted the Moneystore multiple times across a three week period with the most recent interaction being the most frustrating due to the horrific customer service I received from Crystal in the Servicing Dept. My wife and I are convinced that the Moneystore is trying to steal our payments we have made. MoneyStore if you're reading this then its time for you to overhaul your servicing department, its preposterous that we can receive such conflicting information from one day to the next when it was an error that your team made. Previously your team can see my payment, now I must submit proof despite your team having payment for over 30 days, and is reflected in my notice of Servicing Transfer final balance. To anyone reading this comment as a perspective customer my best advice would be to shop around for your rate, the moneystore rate was quite good but if I knew the trouble Im dealing with now then I would seriously reconsider.

They are very professional and are willing to help you in every way possible. They give you true expert advice. They never force or push you into accounts or products that you don't want. Emma and Joe will also go over any fine print or questions you may have. You will never have a surprise charge or fee for an account. The front tellers are outstanding! Sandra, Frank, and Jayshri always greet me with a smile.
