When I pushed back, the manager became condescending, spoke over me, and actually laughed at my concern. This is not how any customer should be treated, let alone a medical patient. The willingness of staff to misrepresent a product to a customer's face, and the management response that followed, suggests this is less an isolated incident and more a reflection of how this location operates.
