We had our condo on the market for 5 months and in that time we worked with two agents. The first seemed very professional but took horribal pictures of the condo. The second took wonderful pictures to replace the ones origianally taken (which she did on her own, we never told her we thought the pictures were bad, she told us that). The biggest problem came when we actually found tenants. We did not meet the tenants before they moved in! We had not even signed the lease when we were going to take one last look at our condo and we saw people living in it! We called the agent and she brushed us off saying that "they wanted to move in"! Then she gave us their phone number and we were able to meet them. Turns out they dont speak English. They have a mentally challenged individual who goes through peoples mail. We are now in trouble with our association because they cant understand the rules of the association & have cultural differences. This probably would have been all avoided if we had just met the tenants and were able to see what we were really getting! But, what can you do if they are allready moved in?!!! This company is very unprofesional and will drop you once they can smell that they are getting close to a pay out!! It says something when the only review is from one of thier own agents!! Never use this company unless you want a headace!
