This message explained the situation, including the effects of not receiving any response to our inquiries, and I asked him to contact my family member directly. I held off writing this review for a couple of MONTHS, just to give him a chance to respond to that last message. We have received no responses to any of our attempts. I understand that the COVID situation has turned the world upside down and a lot of people are seeking treatment, but all we were looking for was a simple reply. It is very difficult to ask for help--and being ignored makes it that much less-likely that my family member will reach out again.
