I tested them with a $50 order on 2 x custom t shirt. I wanted something that would look and feel professional like screen print where the design looks like it is part of the fabric itself and the design breathe easily avoiding those sweat patches one remembers from plastic transfers back in the days...but in fact I got just that, something stretchy, plasticky transfer-type and uncomfortable. So I guess I wont be back to that business for my big order... An advice to all people, always check all feedback web sites like this one before you use a business. The entire process has been a terrible experience.. 1. The shirt i ordered was not the shirt i received. I created a design that took up the entire print area, being 90% of the front of the shirt, the shirt i received had a tiny little picture in the middle. Apparently, the website had not been updated to reflect the actual print size area on that style of shirt. 2. I paid for shipping, with the understanding that it would be sent in 10 business days. 14 business days later it arrived. When i sent a complaint and asked to be refunded shipping costs as i did not receive the service i paid for, i was told that it all came down to having 2 public holidays within the time.. that still doesn't explain the extra 2 business days. 3. Email sent over a month ago to advise my shipping would be refunded .. still no refund. All emails sent to the company to follow up are ignored. 4. Customer service is absolutely horrible. It takes a few days for them to return an email, if you call you receive a lot of apologies but unfortunately no actions. read more

Process started well, order went through fine on the website. 2 days later received a call and email saying the tshirt I ordered was out of stock. Asked for more info. No reply. 3 days later sent another email asking for more info. 2 days after that received an email with further info, to which I replied clarifying my order immediately. Then no reply, no order, no tshirt. Suggest you use one of the many other tshirt printing websites available online. read more

Absolutely terrible service. They missed 2/3 of my order, I called immediately to request where the rest of it was, and was told that it must have slipped through their quality assurance measure - although they're non-existent. They said on Monday that the shirts would be resent, which I needed for an urgent event the following week. The shirts never arrived. They hung up on my call to request where they were on Thursday, and never called me back. The Friday comes and goes - still no product. Now I've been told that the replacement shirts were never ordered, and there's no record of my conversations. I'm down 3 shirts for an event on Monday, and all thanks to terrible customer service! read more

I was very surprised with the high rating reviews when I received the product two weeks after my order. The T-shirt arrived in a terrible creased condition, wrapped in a brown parcel paper not even fold nicely; looks like a worn T-shirt they purchased from a second hand store then sent it to me. The material is also very bad. I purchased this custom design T-Shirt as a fun gift for my friend, but I was so embarrassed to give it to him as the quality of the material is really bad!!! So I thought maybe I'm the only person received the bad quality product but everyone else received nice "NEW" shirts according to their high rating reviews... So I emailed the Print Bar about the bad quality product I received including the photos of how it was terribly wrapped and creased, and I am now convinced myself their customer service is just as bad as their quality, because they chose to not respond to my feedback at all. I created the design and they made a few small alterations to the font. Whilst the tee shirts were satisfactory, their attitude to the customer is far from satisfactory. When I suggested that one of the tee shirts was supposed to have been grey, I was told that they couldn't recall it. I advised them I had sent a confirming email and was promptly told if I sent it to the email address on their web site (their marketing address) then that wouldn't get to them as he rarely looks at that site???? Go figure! Then I was told it shouldn't matter as the white looks OK. Damn what the customer wants. They don't understand the customer has expectations. Very poor customer skills. read more

The Print Bar is clearly run by a team committed to doing business with integrity. We ordered a substantial run of t-shirts a few weeks back. They arrived on the day of the event as planned but a mistake was showing on the majority of them. Obviously, we were very disappointed but The Print Bar rep we were working with asked us how he could fix the problem and when we requested a refund he readily agreed. Every business makes mistakes but what sets them apart is how they deal with fixing them. We remain big fans of The Print Bar and highly recommend their services - not only because of the quick/ reasonable resolution to a problem but because, aside from the big 'oops' order, their service has regularly been of high quality and their team is a joy to work with. read more

Worst service ever. Placed an order on the 7th of April. Received an email afterwards that item was out of stock and was asked if I wanted to have a replacement. Fine, no drama. After 20 days of waiting, sending emails and making phone calls, still no message about the status of the order. Probably the employees of this company only respond to enquiries when they feel like it. When phone is picked up occasionally, staff responds rude and they don't even bother to apologize for the long wait or no response to emails/calls. Too busy with collecting money from people but not delivering. Was being told that the guy who processed my order changed to another job. So does that mean that nobody is taking care of his non-dispatched orders? All his customers can get the middle finger? The Print Bar is a joke. Spend your money somewhere else because these guys won't bother providing the goods (on-time). read more
