It's not the kind of service you need to call on every day, but when you do need glass, it's great to know someone who'll respond promptly and do a good job for a good price. That's what happened for me. We managed to smash a glass panel in our door when we were moving a desk, so called these guys and they were there the same day and also fixed an old casement window that had been bothering me for a while after matching the stippled glass - same day again, went away, got the glass and returned. Terrible Terrible service....I ordered and paid for in full..a large panel of glass to fit onto a table. I gave the company a date in which I needed it.( 3 weeks later ) I arrived at the office to ask when the glass would be delivered. Unfortunately I was served by an extremely rude employee who did not know anything about the order and was unwilling to offer any assistance..basically he appeared annoyed that I had even walked through the front door!! I explained to him that it was for a shop that I was opening on Monday and it was imperative that I receive the glass panel or the shop would not be able to open...he said he would call me back when he spoke to another employee..to cut a long story short I got the phone call back ,he couldn't deliver the glass on time so I asked for a full refund in which he agreed and then he hung up on me!!! I contacted Glass Solutions after my son had broken the window in our lounge room by kicking a football ."He will never play a grade " These guys were out and had this fixed within an hour or so of my call .I had 2 other prices on fixing this panel and they were cheaper than both others .One company couldn't come out for 2 days and the other was a big name company that everyone remembers was over $160 dearer.I would definitely be using them again if i needed a glass man . read more
