There is definitely a lot to see here but it seemed like as I walked though the booths I got the feeling of "been there done that" - I do this a lot so I have a routine and an eye for what what what I collect - I never enter one of these thrift shops uhm I mean "antique store" without a plan I rarely buy anything except for what I collect, if I have a need for something old, something new I shop on eBay or Amazon. I always get hyped before the hunt begins but when the hunt mean going through a lot of garage sale items I get frustrated and bored and unfortunately I found a lot of that stuff here. Don't get me wrong there are some treasures here and lots of bits and pieces from days gone by and you may find your raison d'etre unfortunately I didn't find mine here today...

I called them after four months and was informed that they were sold and my check was in the mail. No check came. I called the owner, she told me it was mailed. SCORE Let me start with if you are a comic book or sports memorabilia enthusiast, you must check it out. Things are placed everywhere, so you need to slowly peruse the shop.from ceiling to floor. Some unusal, beautiful & unique items. I really enjoyed discovering and exploring this hidden gem. Yes, I admit it, I spent over an hour in this small shop & was quite proud of myself for only purchasing 1 item. I know this sounds trite, but believe me, for me it is quite unusual not to need help to my vehicle. I had my eye on several pieces, but I had an unusual feeling that day....a budget. What??? Yes/No....I recently moved & had been thinking about what my monthly expenses would be. Since I had these unusual thoughts on this day, I exercised restraint. Wow, those words actually came out of me, lol. The restraint was difficult, as the unique pieces were actually calling my name & taunting me. Great shop, knowledgeable owner, nice variety & good prices. What's a girl to do? Yes, I will return & that unfamiliar word, restraint, will be long forgotten.

This is definitely a place I'd frequent if I lived in the area, it seems the ownership has an eye for things that are unique and these authentic items some that I took photos of are things that appeal to me. I did appreciate the store's layout which allows the customers to move around freely without all the clutter - the name "Junk" is deceiving this is a nice clean shop that is very well organized. If your tired of visiting shops that seem to never turn over their inventory you'll love this place - although you won't find aisle after aisle of glassware and plastic trinkets you will find lots of eclectic treasures...
