I've met a few residents in the past week and everyone was warm and friendly. I blew out a fuse in my apartment this Saturday morning (totally my fault), so I left a message with maintenance and, I kid you not, was called back within 5 minutes by Bobby with help. I moved here after owning a house for years and was honestly really nervous, but this has really helped me feel much better.

The current team (led by Sheila) made our moving out the most pleasant such experience we've ever had. They were very accommodating to all our requests, super prompt with returning the deposit and continue to help us with packages that mistakenly get sent to our old address. The maintenance lead (John) is just a nice human being, very hardworking, always ready to help and skilled at what he does. I highly recommend Wilber School, in very large part because of the people who run it.

Whether it's cockroaches taking over the apartment you JUST moved into or somebody being shot, its ALWAYS something. They want to charge fees for each vehicle yet they don't have security in the complex. They NEED armed security. Why would you have to pay to park when they're already charging you like $2600 for a 2 bedroom paper thin wall apartment. They're taking serious advantage of residents. They DO NOT care about your health or the health of your child because if they did nobody would be dealing with cockroaches, mice, or fruit flies. Nobody would have to wait weeks after reporting the issue. And finally, 3 cars were stolen out of the complex last night. One of them is my daughter's vehicle. She and her husband who work their asses off just to live there is so troubling to me. They have a baby and should not have to deal with all this shit for what they're paying. Hey Commons, want to charge fees for residents cars? Then hire a security company! My daughter and her family should feel safe for what they pay you! You're money hungry and do not care what happens to the people that have no choice but to live there because they can't afford to move. However, as soon as you continue on to the phase two condominiums there is a marked decline in upkeep, especially noticeable with the poor condition of the road way. There appears to be 2 separate complexes with the demarcation line drawn in asphalt! That is how startling the difference in quality is. I would not consider purchasing a condo in phase 2 unless there was a decrease in the amount of the HOA fees that reflects the difference in the quality between the two.
