As i approached him and explained what had happened his first reaction was to be belligerent and tell me he didn't know if the rocks came from his truck as i proceeded to contact the Coweta county sheriff department he told me he was fueling up and leaving .The deputy arrived in less than a few minutes and asked the driver what happened "he stated that he didn't know if the rocks from his truck hit my windshield" however deputy Mceachern informed him about the rocks and concrete and debris on the bumper of his truck. i contacted the owner of JM roll off Daniel Mundy and explained what had happened and even told him to have his driver remove all the debris from his bumper. He had me send him videos of the debris and my broken windshield but has now stopped taking my calls for the replaced windshield. Debris hauling companies like Mr. Mundy have turned the roads of georgia and our community into a complete hazard and should be addressed asap. Also when there's an incident like the one i encountered the owner should take responsibility for the damage.
