I have over 25…read moreyears of experience hiring petsitters and was fortunate to have the same sitter for 12 of those years, so I'm very familiar with what consistent, reliable care looks like. The good: I was impressed with owner Susan's responsiveness during my initial call. She was friendly, helpful, and walked me through the process. Our meet‑and‑greet was scheduled a couple of weeks out, and the sitter we met was friendly and someone I felt comfortable with. Where things fell short: During our first three‑night trip, I was surprised to see a different person in our home for almost every visit -- four sitters total, only one of whom we had met. This was never communicated to us, and the rotating sitters did not seem familiar with our home or our dogs. Additionally, the time between the evening and morning visits was consistently 12-13 hours, which is longer than we were comfortable with (and documented in their portal notes). Our second and third bookings were short and uneventful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was not positive. Our dogs were not walked for the first two days because the assigned sitter reported they were "too sick" to walk them. I'm unsure why someone unable to perform basic duties was sent to our home. When I contacted Susan, she did not recognize my name, address, or dogs, despite having personally cared for them on a previous visit. She did step in to take over the remaining visits, which I appreciated. However, on Sunday -- the day before our return -- she called to say there had been an accident in the house and that it was "messy." She preferred to leave it to "solidify" because it would be easier to clean later. I strongly disagreed and directed her to the cleaning supplies. She was argumentative but said she would return to clean it. We arrived home the next day around 2 p.m. to find feces throughout the house, clearly from the prior morning. It was crusted, smelled like a kennel, and had been tracked everywhere by the dogs. This was despite three additional visits after the accident occurred. Since returning home, I have attempted multiple times to reconnect with Susan to discuss what happened. Communication has been minimal, and the responses I have received have been excuses rather than accountability. Bottom line: This is marketed as a premium service, but our experience did not reflect that. Between the lack of communication, rotating sitters, long gaps between visits, and the unacceptable handling of the most recent incident, the service has not been worth the cost, the stress, or the cleanup afterward. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.

We immediately felt comfortable leaving our puppy in their care! On our second visit they already remembered our puppy's name and also mentioned that our puppy's friend was there that day too. We enjoy watching our puppy interact with other dogs on the web cams that are set up for viewing in all the play areas, inside and out! Great idea! We are also pleased that they separate the dogs for afternoon and evening rest periods. Another great idea! Because we believe that playtime interaction with other dogs is healthy and enjoyable for our beloved pet, we plan on visiting camp Bow Wow often!

The staff stated the only thing to report was a "small scratch on his nose"... they obviously are oblivious to what goes on with all the other dogs. I spent nearly $400 on vet bills after getting my dog back and spent nearly $500 for CampBowWow to "take care" of my dog but it looks like I paid them to abuse my dog. Will never recommend this place to anyone! Get a 1 on 1 experience from someone else and keep your dog safe. Absolutely horrified on how they treated my dog. After confronting the owner he lawyered up and refused to give me any video footage of what went on while I was away. Do yourself a savor and don't spend the money for your dog to get abused.

We had been struggling w him jumping, not walking well on a leash, biting/nipping, and getting a little aggressive at times (when he didn't get his way.) The dog I picked up was not the dog I dropped off. He now has manners and we know how to communicate w him on what we expect. He is so much more enjoyable and we could not be more pleased with Christina and what she taught our dog and US! Besides the board and train program we have also used Fusion for boarding overnight and doggy daycare. Highly recommend!

Fusion is amazing! We recently put our 7 month old Siberian Husky through the 3-week board and…read moretrain program. We have a typical Husky puppy...he was pulling on a leash, counter surfing, jumping on people and other dogs, lack of recall etc. In addition, after trying another trainer prior to Fusion, we began to have problems with the crate and he would no longer stay in without having major anxiety...to the point of us not leaving him alone, ever. Cristina spent so much time with me, exchanging emails and talking about our situation. We dropped off our crazy pup and picked up a new improved version of him! His personality shines through all of the skills he learned. I can basically walk my Husky holding the leash with my finger 99% of the time. No pulling, he can pass by other dogs without breaking heel, and he no longer jumps on people when greeting. He will calmly wait in his crate to be freed. What he has learned and what we have learned, has made our family life with our boy so much more enjoyable. He is able to enjoy time off-leash and we can't wait to snowshoe with him this winter so he can enjoy his element even more. The process was awesome. Cristina kept us updated on his progress with pictures and video and the continued support after bringing him home has been wonderful and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Fusion. In the future, we would not waste our money or time by going with any other dog training. Fusion is where it's at!

They are not a fancy kennel but my dogs live this place. They come home happy and healthy, everytime. During the fires they did not charge people who needed help to include us when we had to evacuate.

The owner is very attentive to my dogs needs since they are elderly. They have a big play area to run around during the day and their boarding conditions are very clean and well kept.
