Needless to say, when the line is 8 people deep, this takes a long time to get checked out. Clerk WOULD NOT let me use my credit card to purchase $120 worth of shoes UNLESS I supplied a tel number. I was miffed after waiting in line for over twenty minutes. Clerk listed as SGilbert on receipt but no way to know if that was real name. Good selection, poor business model and customer service. Should stick to selling shoes and less to gathering (and SELLING?) customer data. Zappos next time
