Sean went to my rental property to check and service my heater. The next day he invoiced me for…read moredisconnecting my heater. Said that it was subject to recall. It took me one minute to call the manufacturer and find my heater was not part of the recall. He did not reply to my texts, emails or answer my phone calls when I asked him to go and reconnect the heater. Some basic communication when he was on site would have avoided his mistake. Also a shame he is not willing to own his mistake and make it right. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of going through Consumer Affairs/VCAT to have my heater reconnected. Unprofessional, uncommunicative and not willing to own up to his mistake and rectify it.

Don is able to articulate the plumbing problem in terms any layman can understand and then will consult with you on how to proceed. The workmanship is excellent and you can clearly see that Don takes pride in his work. He also goes the extra mile to ensure no additional damage is done while undertaking works or repairs and diligently cleans up the work area afterwards. Don has done great work for me in the past such as fixed a leaking tap, moved an external tap to a better position and replaced a faulty mains water shut off valve. He is quick to respond to any calls and promptly organises and time and date to start works/repairs. No job is too small or large. Top bloke, his work won't disappoint.

Two men turned up took awhile looking at my property and then told me that it would be double the quoted price . I am talking more than a two thousand dollars extra. Left me shocked and distressed. As l questioned they decided not to do the job and left. They said they can refuse to do the job at the last minute.Disgusting behaviour from a business that has been around for a while .
