Yep it is right on the train track so, the windows in your apartment are going to shake every time the train goes by, but it's also kinda fun! I lived on the 2nd floor facing north! We have huge windows and tall ceilings! But I have also been in other apartments and the windows were not as big as ours! We also had a bank vault door as one of our bathroom doors! We had a corner, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom! One of the major bummers of Rumely was our Washer and Dryer were always acting up and needed work all the time, which was a huge bummer! Usually they gave us a key to another apartment so we could do laundry, but it still stunk! I did love how they have a community room you could rent for free! We used it multiple times for parties, and once even rented it just to watch a show on Cable since that was something we did not have! The work out room has a few treadmills, free weights and a tv with cable! Cement floors, modern layout, and the staff was always pretty nice! One bummer is there is not set parking owned by the building for tenants so that stinks but you can get by usually paying a private place a monthly fee for under 50 bucks but walking groceries to your building kinda sucks! But all in all this was a great place to live and we got most of our deposit back even though I sprayed the wall with fake blood once for a music video!

Since moving out in May, my roommate and I have not received any returned phone calls or emails to the apartment manager and company itself regarding our security deposit. 1 check was sent with no explanation and a misspelled name and we wanted to verify the security deposit originally given. I would not recommend living here if you would like communication regarding any questions that you may have.

There are also some great amenities such as the pool, fitness center and dog park. The staff is great and responsive especially with maintenance issues. They have also done a great job having activities and really creating a good environment and community. One of my favorite apartments I have lived in.

They'd come help you with something when you needed it and they'd leave you alone when you didn't. The people in charge of it now don't care at all. No one is ever there maintaining anything -- and the building is a hundred years old and badly needs a lot of attention. The yard turned into a minefield of the poop of dog owners who don't care to do anything better. The dirty dogs that run the place openly tried to cheat me out of my security deposit when I moved out. Looking for a studio apt? Look elsewhere.

The maintenance and management team is fast to respond to any issues. Location is excellent. Hoyt Sherman Place is right next door. Downtown (and Ingersoll) restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. And yeah, they are studio apartments, so the space is really the only thing you have to think about. But considering they are studios, they are actually pretty spacious. I've been at The Brady Apartments 2 years so far, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Even on what should have been a very congested day. She helped us schedule the time so the "dock" area would be free and we hardly had to contend with other building elevator uses. The management (Ashley) is amazing and responsive to every need and request, almost immediately! The building is well kept, and, most importantly, pet friendly! When I went on a tour, the people who did the tour were nice. The property and apartments aren't nice and the other apartments in the area are much nicer for less money. This apartment changed the move-in special after I put in my application and said they couldn't offer me the special due to "fair housing laws" (I think she meant fair housing act) even though I had NOT signed a lease. Look for other apartments in the area... There are good options.

I had thought this complex was decent until I moved out! They did not give me my deposit back even…read morethough I left a completely clean, no damage at all apartment. When I have tried to contact them to have them explain why they only gave me $50 of $300 back, they have not returned emails or phone calls. I have tried to contact R&R Realty with no luck either. They had always struggled with communication but I am especially disappointed in how they handled my deposit return. I would not have gone to any length to leave a clean apartment if I had known I was going to be screwed out of my deposit either way. Very disappointing!!!!
