A beautifully presented and professionally served meal. I was super keen to write this review to redress the only other review I had read about it - and I am very happy to be able to offer a five-star review without reservation. The steak was first-class and cooked to perfection - something I rarely say! Perfection is so rare, but both of our steaks were tasty, tender and cooked exactly as we had requested. The presentation and quality cannot be faulted. Many thanks to REA who was a breath of fresh air with professionalism and friendliness - plus an excellent knowledge of the menu. Some great suggestions thank you Rea! We may have found our 'go to' for a good tasty meal in pleasant surroundings. Well done to all staff in - and out, of the kitchen. No. Though busy we was given a table straight away, order at 6:30pm, received our starter immediately, ordered the fully loaded nachos over loaded with sauces and chilli more sauces than nachos. Was not enjoyable. As times passes, we didn't receive our main meals until 8pm! Then we couldn't even eat it! The haddock was was still raw, and there was so much cheese sauce covering the mash (see photos) it all tasted the same. Didnt see one waiter or waitress to even mention the fact the fish was practically still alive on my plate. It was quite clear at this point we decided to not even attempt to order a dessert. Very disappointed in our visit, clearly the new menu is not as successful as the previous, as would of highly recommend it beforehand. But would waste your time or money. Such a shame.
