She did our wedding flowers and did not know how to do a simple bouquet of hand tied roses for my bridal bouquet even after showing several photos of it. She was angry that I insisted on the one in the bridal magazine photo....simple, elegant. She left my bouquet in a vase in the bridal room- 12 uncleaned long roses with leaves and thorns, as though they were just cut, except half dead. I paid for 18 but she only had 12. Essentially, I had no bridal bouquet, though I paid for one! She was no where to be found on the day of the wedding. If you use her you WILL be sorry!!!

My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's day and chose one of the "better" sized FTD…read morearrangements that cost nearly $100. For some reason FTD assigned this order to this florist which is about an hour away from us even though there are dozens of floral shops closer. Hands down it was the WORST flower arrangement we have ever seen. They literally took a handful of flowers and plunked them down into a vase. Not one stem was stripped or prepared. The shorter stems were in the middle and the taller ones were on the outside. It looked like something a four year old had created. 5 of the 8 roses were already brown. It did not have the variety of lily that was pictured on the website, but since substitutions were allowed, we really can't criticize that. However the lilies they substituted were dead, shriveled and unopened. It was supposed to also have mini carnations but didn't. The florist offered to redo the order but admitted that they didn't have anything in stock that would have been any fresher. Thankfully FTD was able to give us a full refund.
