The…read morefish tanks were so dirty you could barely make out the fish that were unfortunate to be stuck in them. There was a rat with its nose dripping from flu and three guinepigs shaking in a corner of the small cage they were being kept in with a large rabbit. The staff were rude and wouldn't step out of the way when we tried to get past them. Think the owner's need to take a good look at the staff and some inhouse training on animal welfare wouldn't be a bad idea.

I bought my rabbit here, but they also sell hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, fish, mice and have pet supplies for almost every type of pet. However, the number and variety of pets they sell is quite small and limited compared to Pet World in Terryland especially for fish, and they don't seem to sell reptiles or snakes. The one huge negative factor I found was that the pets they sell are not very well taken care off. I saw one rabbit who was kept alone in a cage which was extremely dirty, and the rabbit itself was really overweight and looked so depressed. The other baby rabbits looked well taken care of, but this one looked neglected. They don't seem to restock very often as a lot of the time I find chunks of the shelves empty or certain things sold out like toys, but for pet food and treats I couldn't recommend it more. For dog owners, they have a full wash and grooming + trimming service which seems really handy, especially since the shop is located in a retail park with a cinema, 5 star hotel/ spa and hardware and computer stores where you could pass time. Overall, excellent for pet supplies, cages and fences, average for buying pets and friendly helpful staff.

They shaved the body and left the paws fully hairy.i have a dog with shaved back and full hairy front and back legs! I asked for nail clipping and of course it wasnt done. Uneven shaving all over her back and chest, hairs between paws not done either. Do not go!
