The best part is that they come to your place so it makes it so much easier. The process took a little over 1 hour and my fiancé noticed a difference from the session. Furthermore, her teeth are more sensitive than normal and the session didn't leave her in pain. She was a little sensitive for a little over a day but nothing like we've experienced from the dentist. She tells me that $109 includes an x-ray and cleaning and that additional costs will be discussed after seeing the dentist. I continued with payment because I was told that $109 includes an x-ray and teeth cleaning. During my x-ray the receptionist tells me that because she's new, she made a mistake and that cleaning would be an additional $70. This experience rubbed me the wrong way because I felt mislead. The dentists, dental assistants, and technicians were great and made me feel extremely comfortable. They communicated different options and next steps for future treatments but the misinformation from the receptionist is clouding my judgement.

They told her they could assess her teeth and schedule a cleaning another time due to the long wait. I have never had an experience like this at a dental office before where they cancel appointments and fail to tell you until you arrive and who don't respect your time by making you wait long past your appointment time.
