From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful in guiding me through my recovery. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me regain confidence in my body postpartum. One thing that made such a difference for me as a new mom was being able to bring my baby to appointments. The office was so understanding and accommodating, which made it much easier to prioritize my own healing while caring for my little one. I highly recommend this office to any postpartum mom looking for pelvic floor therapy. Their support and expertise made a meaningful impact on my recovery, and I am very thankful for all they have done for me.

I cannot recommend Cappuccino Physical Therapy highly enough…read more It has been five years since I had my daughter and three years since I had a bladder sling as a result of complications from delivery. I knew there was still pelvic floor work I needed to do, but finding the right person to help me actually do it had been surprisingly difficult. Over the five years since my daughter was born, I tried four other pelvic floor physical therapists. For one reason or another, none was the right fit. Sometimes the timing wasn't right, sometimes getting appointments that worked with my schedule was too difficult, and sometimes I simply didn't feel comfortable or motivated enough to stick with it. Then I found Rachael at Cappuccino Physical Therapy, and the experience has been completely different. Rachael and the entire team are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, approachable, and understanding. There is absolutely zero judgment. They meet you exactly where you are, make recommendations without ever making you feel pressured, and customize your care to what you actually need and are comfortable with. For something that can be such a personal and vulnerable area of healthcare, that makes an enormous difference. One of the things that has also really impressed me is the complete lack of ego among the therapists. They consult with one another, value each other's knowledge and perspectives, and keep impeccable notes so that if you need to see another therapist because of scheduling, your care can continue seamlessly. There is never a sense of "my patient" or "my way." Everything is genuinely centered around what will benefit the patient and help them get better. They do not accept insurance, but they make that process as easy as possible. Superbills are provided quickly for reimbursement, and when I needed mine formatted differently for submission, they took the extra time to accommodate exactly what I needed. Their level of expertise, skill, attention, and individualized care is worth far more than what insurance would ever reimburse them for. After five years and four previous attempts at pelvic floor PT, this is the first practice that has actually made me want to stick with it -- and that says a lot. I am incredibly grateful to have found Rachael and the team at Cappuccino Physical Therapy and highly, highly recommend them.

I was working with a physical therapist who was doing his best to reduce the swelling using regular massage techniques. And then we went through daily treatments that involved stimulating the lymph system and wrapping the lower leg in bandages. After a week my calf circumference was reduced almost 6 inches. Amazing!
