One of the best places I've ever taken our shih-Tzu to. They did an amazing job. I'll never take my pup to petco again. I thought that was the way all dog groomers were until I took him here and realized they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and enjoy my dog! They even let him run around and socialize with the other dogs and he loved it. They immediately asked if he was a show dog cause they could do show dog grooming, I'll have to do that one of these days. I never heard a bark out of my pup, not even when I picked him up and after wards they even talked to me about his appointment, how they planned on improving in the future and how I could contribute to his everyday maintenance at home. Excellent experience! And cheaper then petco! I'll definitely be coming back here again. read more

Great Staff and very caring and clean operation. Their phones weren't working so I just showed up with my dog yesterday. They worked me in, checked my dogs records at my vet and really gave Beatrice a great haircut and bath. I'm so glad to have found this place. I had taken my dog to Petsmart and she came home with a rash and was scratching and losing a ton of fur. Here they recommend is an oatmeal bath and a nice body trim. They do a great job but they don't answer the phone and the late fee policy is crazy. I'm not going to do business with a place that charges me if I'm 10 minutes late. I understand they got a schedule to keep but part of doing business is that you gotta be able to work around the occasional late customer. I honestly would have left 2 or 3 stars but the actual grooming is good. So I want to be fair. But sorry I won't be returning. read more

I brought my dog for a full groom. Upon entering I was greeted by Shaun who was doing my dogs grooming. She answered all my questions and said she'd call when Howie was done. An hour and a half later she called. When I picked him up, he was cute as can be. I couldn't be happier. Reasonable price and excellent service. Called for an appt only to get a recording that the mailbox is full and can't accept new msgs. No way to run a business!

I called for a first appointment and was booked for the following week. We had to reschedule the appointment and I called the morning of more than 2 hours before our appointment to let them know, and an answering machine picked up so I got a recorded message and left a voicemail. A little after noon, I got a phone call from them and they left a voicemail. I assumed they were returning my call to reschedule our appointment. Once I got home, I called them back and rescheduled. The lady on the phone was very curt and snippy with me over the phone when I called back and even though she rescheduled me, she was not nice about it. At the time I was in my "achieve goal" mode which was get our dog bathed and groomed, so I wasn't paying attention to her snide comments and attitude. She berated me for not calling or showing up and told me my appointment was at noon and it was already 1214. I informed them I had indeed called earlier and left a message and she promptly told me I was wrong and that I did NOT leave a message as she only had 5 messages and I wasn't one of them. I went ahead and rescheduled and brushed off her attitude which should have been a red flag, but at the time it wasn't. Later on, I checked my voicemail, which I had not listened to assuming it was simply them returned my request for a reschedule, No, it wasn't. It was a nasty message full of spite and notifying me that since I didn't bother to call or show, they would charge me an additional $25 on our "next visit". Heck, we hadn't even had our first visit!!! I realized how rude she was to me and we have never even been there. This was going to be our first visit and we would be long term customers, but with that attitude it left a bad taste in my mouth and a bad gut feeling. This is NOT how you treat customers, and not the way to run a business. read more

First impressions really do count and these wonderful people made a very great one! From the moment they answered the phone when I first called to schedule an appointment they were kind and friendly. They were able to get me an appointment when I wanted and when I came in for my appointment I was greeted with even more kindness and they were extremely loving to my fur baby. They called me and let ms know 15 minutes before he would be ready and when I got there he was ready to go and I didn't have to do any waiting! The woman who was taking care of my puppy said "We had clipped his nails but I'm noticing that they are still sharp, give me a sec to file them" which was great because I did not have to recognize the problem and then ask for them to fix it, they just took care of it right away! My sweet puppy smells so good and they took very good care of him! Definitely recommend this groomer to anyone! And not to mention- the price was absolutely great! Less expensive than many of the quotes I received from other places around town!! read more

Worst grooming my Bichon has ever had. They created a couple bald spots, almost cut off his fifth claw and his ears were never touched. They said they bathed him, but he did not have the shampoo odor of a freshly bathed dog. The floor was literally covered in dog hair, and had a very unprofessional appearance. read more
