They even let him run around and socialize with the other dogs and he loved it. They immediately asked if he was a show dog cause they could do show dog grooming, I'll have to do that one of these days. I never heard a bark out of my pup, not even when I picked him up and after wards they even talked to me about his appointment, how they planned on improving in the future and how I could contribute to his everyday maintenance at home. I explained that he still had puppy tendencies and would need extra care/attention. The sounds of whimpering, howling, and barking from the other dogs alone were very alarming but I was reassured he was in a safe environment. Not even an hour later I was informed that the lazy female groomer gave up on my Astro boy and used the excuse that he was too much for her. When I asked the big hoop earrings tattooed female why no one could lend a hand to finish the haircut she said everyone was busy. No resolution was offered and not only was she extremely rude and unapologetic she gave zero remorse for doing a half ass job. No manager wanted to provide assistance and to be frank no one was bothered by this horrific experience. The lack of customer service is disgusting.
