Upon closer review, we noticed several flaws and areas that were not properly addressed. After we initially reported issues such as a cabinet door being re-installed backwards, paint on the floor, and missed spots, Mr. Hernandez promptly sent his crew back out to correct them. We appreciated the quick response at that time. Unfortunately, we have since identified additional areas needing attention, and despite assurances, those issues have not been addressed. Mr. Hernandez has not responded to my husband's most recent message, which has been disappointing. We also never met Mr. Hernandez in person, even though he mentioned he would be present at the start of the job. Juan and Geronimo, the crew members who worked in our home, were respectful and professional throughout the process. That said, the overall attention to detail falls short, despite the cabinets looking "good" at a glance. The last three photos highlight unresolved issues, and the remaining show what required correction after our initial request for Mr. Hernandez's team to return.

He not only did an excellent job at cleaning the panels, he alerted me to issues with the installation. I told him the installer was out of business and has filed for bankruptcy. He told me that he will find someone to come and correct the issue. I don't know any trade people who go out of their way to assist with issues that they have nothing to do with. Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. The owner even came to check in on us Saturday morning. The job was planned, started, and finished quicker than anticipated and distractions were minimal. We enjoyed watching the work being done.
