Parking Spot Sounds has been a good choice for me. After along time parking at North Premium it far better, much easier to drive to from Granbury TX and cheaper code for my company to pay. I have an over sized truck and still able to get a good spot to park. read more

I've been a monthly parking subscriber for over a year and in the last year, the staff has grown to be even more rude and the wait time for a shuttle from parking to the airport has gotten significantly longer. I write this review as I wait for a shuttle now. It's literally been 15 minutes and not a person nor shuttle in sight. Avoid The Parking Spot in Irving if you don't want to get stranded at the airport. On my last trip, I waited nearly an hour (50 minutes) for a shuttle that never came to my terminal, even though I saw multiple shuttles drive by. I finally had no choice but to call an Uber, which cost me an extra $27 on top of what I already paid for parking and shuttle service. When I finally arrived back, the staff showed ZERO remorse and even lied and said on the GPS was at my terminal to pick me up. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their shuttle reliability, and it's extremely frustrating. For a company that advertises "convenient and reliable airport parking," they fall far short of that promise. Travelers deserve better. read more

I would advise you not to use this service at all . Wish there was a 1/2 star vs a whole star. Arriving back at the airport at 930pm on a Thursday night and waited almost 40 minutes , finally called, still waiting another 15min... almost an hour before a shuttle came by. Also the app does not work as they advertise, specifically the shuttle pick up or shuttle locator. Team member when called always rude when I tried to explain how long I was there and shared that the Shuttle North was here 3 time already, all she would say we don't care about the North shuttle, we are slow , and proceeded to hang up.. So, avoid using the Parking Spot ... I would rather pay more for parking elsewhere than to wait extend time for rude, unreliable, and unpredictable service, especially when returning home, read more

Their attitudes is bad, including customer services. They past me up multiple times when I called customer service sere basically called me a liar. I will use Holiday Inn next time. They also have shuttles and are prompt. read more

This location runs with minimum staff at night and you constantly have to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle! It's pathetic! Ive had this issue with them several times and the response I always get is "Someone will be there soon". If you ask to speak to a manager or get a call back they're never available. I'll be looking for other options going forward. This place is a joke. read more

I have used the parking spot more than 13 times in the last year and a half with no problems other than long waits for a shuttle. Last night after receiving a conformation receipt for $109 they charged me $140 at the gate because they said I was an hour late. I told them i had no control of this due a long wait they refused to help in any way and made pay the extra day because I was late. never use them! read more

This last experience has been the worst parking experience I've ever had. The driver from the parking spot south to the airport was horrendous. The shuttle had 15 to 16 people not counting the driver so was packed and besides the driving being extremely jerky, it was difficult to stay on the seats. When we returned to pick up our car, we were waiting at the airport and a shuttle drove by. We waved it down after chasing it a bit, and the driver told us that he was not picking up people and that if we waited for the next shuttle , we would go straight to the parking spot. We waited for the next shuttle and stopped at every terminal before going back to the parking lot. Once I got to the checkout lanes, my credit card would not pull out my transaction. I had parked on the lane furthest from the booth where a person was working, so I started to back up. The lady in the booth came out and yelled at me to pull back up that I needed to use that lane, and it was working. After I pulled up, and my credit card did not go through, she told me to back up and get in the other line. I mentioned military discount, but then decided to try a different credit card to see if that worked to pull up my transaction on the self serve kiosk. The worker got upset and told me to just pull up because I was going to be holding up traffic. She also said if I did the self serve kiosk, I would not get a military discount. I told her that was fine if the credit card went through. At that point, she shut the window in my face upset that I was not listening to her. The credit card did not go through and she took a minute before opening the window again and saying, "do you need help?" Although she had to make a ticket for us and ring us up herself, she did not give the military discount at that point. The parking was fine and the car was fine when we got back. read more

Been to North and South. Online process to reserve is pretty easy. The weekend I flew out cars without parking reservations were being turned away. So reserve your spot! Once arriving, it was a little tricky to find covered parking but I followed a truck to the spot. Van was quick (one minute) to pick me up and then very efficient getting me and a bunch of folks to our gates! I fly in late--after 10 pm. Here's where it gets ugly. I don't have the app. So after the long-long-long walk to the pick up spot at DFW, no buses. i called the number on the ticket they give you when you get your initial pick-up from the bus on departure. No one answered. Twice. Third time; not a charm. Then another 15 minutes for the bus to arrive. Folks on my bus that had the app had a similar wait time. Seriously considering the extra cost of an Uber for next time! Uph. read more

We prepaid for an uncovered parking spot for 8 days starting June 6th; however, when we arrived, we were told that the lot was full, even for prepaid customers. We ended up parking at the DFW terminal at almost 3x the price paid to The Parking Spot. Getting to our flight in time was a challenge because of the pivot. We requested a full refund through their customer service but still haven't heard from them. I do not recommend using The Parking Spot read more

We used The Parking Spot dozens of times in the past 3 years. All but one was at the South location. Without exception, the service has been great. The shuttle arrives at our car promptly and the drivers are friendly and helpful, dutifully loading our bags. While we've had little interaction with the reps in the entry/exit booths, all good there too. We enjoy the touch of free bottled water at the exit too. they wont answer the phone!!! i had to call the dispatch at parking spot north to ask if anyone was working at the south location ....after literally 10 calls ....booth attendant answers....rudely....sounded like she hates her job. says what terminal....i asked where should i stand because there is construction in terminal c....she said just stand at the purple sign. i asked her what her name was because she was being short and rude with me .....and she hung up in my face!!! they call this location the cheap ghetto location ...loud mouth drivers, rude front attendants answering the phone!! will never park here again!!!! read more

We have used Parking Spot South several times. The last was terrible. Waited over 45 minutes, was using there app and could see vans that kept driving bye. It also showed 4 vans at the south park location. The Parking Spot north van came by twice while we were waiting for the South. Other parking lot shuttles had also came bye. We'll probably give them another shot, but that will be it. Talked to another customer, he said he has had issues with them also. read more

How about giving a customer who has called to request a pickup a REAL estimate of the wait?!?! When I called the first time, I was told 5 minutes. When I called 15 minutes after that, I was told 5 minutes. PATHETIC to lie to customers!! If it was possible to give ZERO stars, I would. And after a 27 minute wait, the shuttle shows up! After waiting too long to book terminal parking over a holiday weekend, a friend suggested The Parking Spot at DFW...It is SO much better than terminal parking and had space available! The shuttle immediately arrived behind as I parked. The driver took care of loading my luggage & did not rush me at all. Dropping off curbside with only a few steps in to check luggage. Also, even though the return flight did not land until 1am, multiple pickup locations were easy to spot on the app (as long as you go to the 1st level). The driver dropped off right at our parking spot, helped with luggage and waiting to be sure the car started. Will be using The Parking Spot from now on. read more

Had no problems, we got there at 5:30am and scanning my code was easy and was told where to park. When we got to our spot to park, the shuttle was already there waiting on us. They got us to the airport quickly after that. When we returned 11 days later, I checked into the app and tracked the shuttle, we had to wait about 10 mins but was not a big deal. They then got us to our car, which was just as I left it and scanned out easily to exit. All in all a great experience. read more

I took my family on a trip in early June of 2024 and that experience is still hands-down one of the worst travel experiences I have in recent memory. Parking Spot had bought out Park & Fly and I had numerous nights I needed to use so that is what brought me to this location. To be blunt, "Safety Third" was the motto of our driver. I'm not sure if he was paid by the head but by the time he had FINALLY gotten enough people from the parking lot (he drove around almost 30 minutes before he headed to the airport) and was headed to DFW, there were two people sitting in someone's lap and two massive pieces of luggage blocking the aisle of the car. The drive to DFW then reminded me of the old Six Flags rollercoaster, The Texas Giant, where you are constantly being jerked every which way and got off the coaster with whiplash. In no way, shape, or form can I recommend The Parking Spot. Spend a few extra bucks and park at the airport!! read more

The manager Beverly and the Employee Elaine are INCREDIBLE!! I ended up sending them pizzas because i was so grateful!! I came from over an hour away. Website wouldn't let me log in and when i came it was booked entirely! I was PISSED!! The website didn't indicate any issues and i didn't know where to go! Parking was booked everywhere!! Beverly could have just waived me off but she saw how frustrated I was, am a member and saw the site didn't indicate any issues. They checked on a cancellation and GOT ME IN! I was so thankful! I prepaid my parking with points and my flight cancelled . Airline could only rebook the next day . I called parking spot south to advise . She said no problem just come on tomorrow . Showed up QR code said no reservation. This person gave me a print out . Upon return I was charged 82 plus the points . I sent email , crickets !!! Quick and easy parking. Customer service is useless . Better to not pay in advance should your flight get cancelled or altered in any way. Contacted customer for a refund when my flight was cancelled, they refused . However I only received the notification of the cancellation an hr before and modifications need to be done an hr before . The ride to DFW was fine. Promptly picked up and the driver was nice. The pick up, not so good. It took two phone calls and an hour for the shuttle to show up. Two phone calls and an hour to show up ... The shuttles are in desperate need of shocks. I know this because I had the distinct pleasure of feeling every single bump on what felt like a high speed police chase through the Amazonian jungle. I legitimately got a bit scared during the drive back ... and I hold an expert skydiver license with 650+ jumps. Never again Parking Spot ... never again will I risk life and limb, and more importantly, time. PS. They did have water in a fridge on the way out, that's pretty cool (pun completely intended) ... but I think the filth at the bottom of the fridge pictured kinda negates that atta boy. read more

I was happy to see that I had enough points for 2 days of free parking. My flight was Saturday at 7:30pm and arrival was supposed to be 11:20pm. My flight was delayed an hour. I was super tired and couldn't wait to get to my car and get that 30 minute drive home out of the way. Had to be at a doctor's appt this am and then work after. It would have been very nice for the Parking Spot shuttle to actually pick me up from the D29 Courtesy Van location the system said it noticed me at. After extending my time 3 times and speaking with a North shuttle driver who told me he would notified someone, a shuttle van finally drove fast passed me at 1am. He never stopped, even when I yelled for him to stop. I had to spend $31 for a Yelp to drop me off at the Parking Spot South. I was told by the attendant to call to speak with a manager this morning. I left a message, but still no response. I called again this afternoon and still no answer. read more

DFW South pickup from D-terminal took over 1-hour waiting after a long flight from Europe. We saw at least 5-DFW North vans and we called multiple times over the 1-hour with always assurances that South van was on way. I even booked a Uber after 1-hour then cancelled when South van finally arrived. We will never use South side again. read more

Been here many of times and the customer service is okay. The people at the front check in and check out areas are always so nice. And I love that they hire a diverse group of workers. But, what has stayed consistent is the lack of concern about people's time--particularly those on the way to the airport. Several times I've had to walk to the front or near the front to flag someone down for a ride. This past Wednesday I had to walk to the front and ask someone for a ride. I was told that someone was called, but they still did not come even after I waited and waited for minutes. It was a little frustrating and because it has happened several times. Because of this I have to give them a three star review. I hope that the communication improves in the future. read more

I have been using the Parking Spot for 20+ years and referred LOTS of people, but today (8/3/2024) they lost a loyal customer today. Got down to C2 van pick-up spot at DFW at 9:10 p.m. and had to wait TWO hours to get picked up by the shuttle. There was literally 60 people waiting by the time a shuttle actually showed up. I called the parking spot at 9:16 p.m. and was told by Carolyn, a shuttle was pulling into Terminal C....20 minutes later, I call back and get Carolyn again and was again told the shuttle was pulling into Terminal C....30 minutes a later as shuttle finally rolls through the terminal but the driver would not open the damn door talking about the shuttle was full (then why even roll thru). Call and get Carolyn AH-GIN and she said another shuttle was pulling into the terminal. I told her there was numerous people waiting on the shuttle, so they needed to send more than one. 45 minutes later another shuttle rolls thru FULL, that driver also would not open the door. At this point I just decide to get an Uber but guess what in that part of the airport you can't get a signal and everyone was afraid to try and go back inside the airport and try to get a signal out of fear that Carolyn and Dave wasn't lying and a shuttle was actually approaching the terminal. Finally, at 11:17 a mostly empty shuttle arrived, and we all piled in like maggots on a rotten taco to get as many people on there as possible. Everyone at the terminal that called, got lied to over and over! They kept telling us they were in the middle of shift change. Well, how long does a shift change take when all you have to do is hand over a damn key! When you have me standing outside for TWO hours and sweat out my damn wig AND sweating in places I didn't even know I had sweat glands AND in cracks and cervices that I wasn't even aware of...I'm OUT!!! read more

They are getting worse ands worse. I fly out of dfw 4-6 times every month and park at the south parking spot. They are getting increasingly slower and worse this morning alone I've had three shuttles come by and say they know I'm here. Someone will get me. Last week getting picked up from the airport. My experience here was absolutely AWFUL. We waited outside for over 45 minutes before we saw the first South bus (3 North passed us already). We called twice and the person on the other end was extremely rude and dismissive. The actual driver was rude and made snarky comments to everyone on board. My family WILL NOT be using this service again and neither should you. Park at the airport or use a competitor. Horrible service. SUPER frustrated. read more

Tires were slashed with a knife (the entire row of cars had flat tires) not sure when it happened but came home after being gone over the holiday 12/27-1/4 and found almost the whole row of cars including my own with slashed tires. What am I even paying this establishment for if they aren't even going to be able to guarantee that my car is drivable when I return home?!?! I use Parking Spot all the time mostly at Love Field Airport & Houston Hobby. First time using DFW South location so I make my reservation as usual. The regular rate for covered parking shown on their website is $14.69/day for covered parking and with my corporate discount, it would be $8.50/day pay now or later. After my 7 days parking, my receipt show that I was charged $133 for 7 days or $19/day. After my corporate discount, it ended up $9.50/day instead of the $8.50/day as shown when I made the reservation. So they actually overcharged me roughly $7. Emailed customer service several times and got responses that my charges were correct and $19/day was for the days I made the reservation and that $9.50/day was correct, etc. Their normal rates are clearly stated on their website for that location $14.69 or pay later $8.50 per day. I really don't know how they arrived at $133 ($19/day) for my 7 days parking or $9.50/day after my corporate discount. CS refused to refund the difference citing I was charged correctly. I will not bring any more business to the Parking Spot because of this fraud. read more
