This is the redeveloped Press building that houses the Palm Beach Post on South Dixie Highway in Wet Palm Beach. It is called "The Press." I spent most of my time in the lounge area in the redeveloped Press building. This was developed this was in February 2021.It has a pool table in the lounge and some comfy chairs and couches as well.It has an interesting machine in the lobby - so you should come there just to check that out. Been trying to cancel my sub since November 2024, it's now April 2025. Paper delivery was put on vacation hold for 4 months in 2024, nobody told us the charges weren't put on hold and the Post was charging us our monthly sub, this is the main reason for cancellation. Cancellation of your sub is pretty much impossible, I talked to a lady every month since then, every time I was told it will be canceled, next month I get a charge again, then finally I called my CC company and told them not to pay anymore, that was in January of 2025, today I get a bill for the period of 05/01/25-05/31/25 for service and transportation fees, wonder what are service and transportation fees since we haven't received a paper since November 2024? read more

I am a local business. I've spent an hour on the phone talking to the Palm Beach Post inadequate AI phone system that is just absolutely ludicrous if you dial the classified number listed, it's no good. Have you talked to customer service? They don't even know where they're at. They can answer zero questions for you. All I am is a small business wanting to buy box ads and treasure Coast, West Palm Beach, and Broward County and I can't even get anybody to talk to me on the phone. Tried cancelling my subscription 3 times. After every call they say "your subscription has been canceled and we will credit you. Yet the next month they charge me again. In those 3 months, I think I have received a total of 10 papers delivered to my house even though my subscription was for daily delivery. This time I used the chat so I could screenshot the conversation, proving they told me it has been canceled, I asked for them to send me an email confirming the cancelation, the agent agreed and said they asked for an email to be sent. The only good thing about this liberal rag newspaper is the comic section on Sundays. The front page headline in the sports section is inaccurate. It stated "DeChambeau , Pavon and Finau" were "leading the US open". At the end of the round after Finau triple-bogeyed, he finished the round in 7th place with 4 other golfers ahead of him. Who edits this rag. There are often frequent inconsistencies and inaccuracies in this newspaper, too numerous to mention. read more

I had been a 20 year customer of the the Palm Beach Post. On 2/20/19 I paid $410.75 for a 52 week all total subscription for both 7 day delivery and the e-paper. In November i started getting a bill that my subscription would end on 12/17/19 and not on 2/20/20. When i called customer service they said that I was getting a premium paper. What is a premium paper??? Its been the same paper coming to my house for 20 years!! I called the Post, Gannett and Gatehouse and got the same bullshit about a premium edition that could not be delivered for the 52 weeks even though i paid for 52 weeks. This is outright fraud!! Now I get phone calls every day to tell me that my paid up subscription had run out 2 months early and that's that. Sadly there are many other complaints just just like mine! I wish I could give ZERO stars! I just cancelled my subscription. I subscribed to the Sunday paper weeks ago for delivery. You crooks took the money out of my account but I NEVER received a paper. I have sent 3 emails to customer service over the past week and have received NO response. You are operating your business fraudulently by taking people's hard-earned money and not following through. Palm Beach Post is a criminal organization. I canceled my subscription, but they continue to charge me. This morning I saw another (unauthorized) charge to my credit card in pending charges, so I called them again. They assured me that they have canceled my account, but they have a "no refunds" policy. The charge for one year subscription is still in pending, but they refuse to cancel the charge. I strongly discourage subscribing to this rag, but if you do, don't give them a credit card. They still could not get it right. In the last I have received 2 papers. Multiple calls with the same answers. If I could give this paper less than one I would. I wrote a review 1 year ago and guess what nothing has changed. I am so tired of everything getting blamed on COVID. Like many other of the reviewer's here, I have been a home delivery customer for over 20 years. In the past few weeks, my paper has not been delivered most of the time, and when I do get it, it's not even a complete paper, just advertisements. I have now spent many hours on the phone with customer service agents who tell me the same BS every time, that they are aware of the situation and it has been escalated. Finally, I decided to cancel my home delivery subscription and asked that they apply the credit balance on my account towards a digital subscription. I requested a receipt indicating that my digital subscription has been pre-paid. I was assured that this was completed, but , I got no written confirmation as requested. Instead, I got a new email from customer service saying again they are escalating this to the delivery team to resolve my problem. No reflection of the cancellation. The Palm Beach Post is quick to take your money, but Unable to deliver its product. This feels fraudulent at this point. Shame on them! read more

Today makes the 8th day I have not received my paper in February. I have a 7 day subscription so this does not bode well for customer service. I had to go out in the rain to buy a paper because I wanted the Publix weekly ad. Guess what? It was not in the Wednesday paper. So I had to buy the Sun Sentinel which it was included. Now I ask why can the papers be delivered to Food stores and NOT to the paying customers? Does that make sense? This again shows the lack of Management and Customer service. What are the Supervisors who should be managing the delivery problems doing at the paper? If there is a lack of carriers to deliver the paper to customers who are they supervising? I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to warn others to stay away from from the Palm Beach Post. We have been experiencing what most of the other reviewers on here have. We have been loyal customers for about 20 years, and over the past several months we have gotten very few of our deliveries. I spend almost every morning complaining to representatives who pretend to care and claim to "escalate" my claim. At one point I was told we had a new delivery person, and that was the problem! Of course throughout all of this they keep taking our money. In fact, they just sent us a renewal notice that actually raised their rates!! Almost $900 for a year of no newspaper deliveries! We receive the Sunday only paper delivered but this past year we are lucky to get it twice a month. We called about the Thanksgiving day delivery and we're assured of getting a copy delivered but guess what, NO PAPER! Their resolution is to credit you, this is totally unacceptable. I have been a customer of the Palm Beach Post home delivery for 20 years. In the past, if I called customer service, I would speak to an American representative who spoke very good English. Unfortunately, that no longer happens. Now when I call customer service, I get someone in a foreign country who speaks with an accent that is almost impossible to understand. I've had it with this outfit. Billing issues, the worst delivery I've ever seen with a business, almost impossible to reach a human being and when you do they say their escalating the complaint, I ask to who and they say I can't get that info. I requested on several occasions for a supervisor to call they never have. On top of that I guess the papers getting a lot smaller as they only seem to print what they want you to hear, their half of the story. I can see why newspapers are becoming dinosaurs, if this one is any indication. Our paper is supposed to be delivered between 6:30 am and 8:00 am we generally receive it between 9:00 and 10:00 on weekdays and 10-NEVER on weekends. TERRIBLE. Been a customer for 50 years and at the same resident for 43 years. was a 7day customer but dropped to a Sunday and Digital. I have neighbors who at times receive a paper, some times two. The route person passes by each time but no delivery to this address. Call the Customer Service number and you would think it's a Class A service with their response, however as you can see the ratings they are receiving it tells the story. Not sure of my one star rating is being too generous. Try to reach a person at the Post and it's almost impossible. Only the recording of how they see their is a delivery problem and will correct the problem but no follow-up and no paper delivery. If there is a way to receive credit, I'd be glad to hear. I was told that each Sunday paper is full of coupons, so I purchased the paper for 3 months. My housemates typically bring in the paper, after 3 months I didn't bother to see if it had been brought in, until last month. I then discovered I had been enrolled in autopay! Okay, shame on me. I called to cancel, following the prompts, I pressed the number to cancel the paper, the only thing that cancelled was the phone call! Frustrated, I went on with my day. Finally, today, a friend wanted a coupon he had gotten from his paper, since mine weren't even being opened, he started going through mine. In the past 4 weeks, only 2 papers had coupons. We didn't bother going through the rest of the stack. When I called AGAIN to cancel, the prompt AGAIN disconnected me! I called back and pressed 0 when I could. The representative, Katherine, could care less about my complaints. She told me that manufacturers choose where they want coupons to go. Ok, but I got 0 coupons. I was told that if there was a holiday, there would be no coupons. I expressed that the selling point was every Sunday I would receive coupons. AND if nobody received coupons that day, why would my friend get coupons that Sunday? Rather than hear Katherine repeat everything for the third or fourth time, I asked for a supervisor. Actually a NO STAR RATING. Today is the third day in 12 days that I have not received a home delivery that I pay for. I have been complaining for months and the Post does NOTHING! The customer service recording says my account will be credited but there is no way for me to confirm that. And even if I do have my subscription extended a day, what happens when I miss a Sunday paper that is twice as expensive as a weekday? Being extend one day does not cover the cost of the Sunday paper. I have inquired about this MANY times and I have never gotten an answer. I have been a subscriber for 35 years and this is how The Palm Beach Post treats a customer. If they were a restaurant or a retail store, they would be out of business.
