Ask the Community - The Palm Beach Post

How can I talk to a live person about a delivery issue?

I re-signed up for the PBP on 2/10/2020 and at least once (sometimes 2) a week I don't receive a paper but for the last NINE DAYS in a row I have not received my paper. What kind of service is that WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? It is impossible… Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. These guys changed their name to "The Club Exclusive" Glad we did not…read moregive these ROBBERS our money. They also changed their numbers. Idk maybe that Don Cohen guy is probably a fake name too. They emailed our marketing head with a burner email? OH and their most popular ad space was empty? That guy said that he always gets clients and ngl it is kinda sus that their most popular spot in their magazine is empty. That Don Cohen guy got super angry on the phone too when we asked him questions. Please please please be mindful guys! Ask questions all the time when you are investing in ads online!!!!!!!! Found out that this guy doesnt even live in FL. https://theclubexclusive.com/

This company is a complete scam. They push advertisements in a completely worthless rag they claim…read moretargets individuals in various categories. They have a BS "magazine" to fit every demographic including "over 55", "Golf Courses / Country Clubs", "LBGTQ", etc...The fact is it's a complete scam. They claim to have a wide distribution where they print thousands of copies and distribute several times per year to specific demographics. The fact is they print a couple hundred copies at best and drop them off at local grocery stores or other worthless locations Their "magazines", "guides" or "business directories" are not asked for by these communities and are worthless. The golf courses they claim to market for have never heard of them and don't even allow people to market to their members. This is a common scam and these fly by night companies canvas the country selling their bogus "junk mail". Do a quick search on the BBB and you will see their numerous complaints. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES A PENNY.

I was in town for a business meeting and the location is very convenient. I needed a rush print job…read morefor several presentations and they were so accommodating! Derek was so gracious and helpful to me and anyone else that came in. I will definitely stop by again should I need anything in the future. Thanks for great customer service!

In the dying world that is Print media, I wonder how Sir Speedy can survive. No self-serve printing…read morestation? It's literally an income-generating machine that requires minimal upkeep. Even worse, there is A 6.50 minimum charge for any printing. I was trying to print a 20 page contract but even that was considered "too small" and beneath them. And truthfully, none of this would have been a big issue if all of this was explained to me by a nice staff member. Instead, of receiving a hello or a simple "How can I help you" I received an apathetic "what do you want?" from a literal mouth-breather. I promise you this is not an insult. This man literally was a mouth breather. Since his blank stare and literal mouth-breathing seemed of little use to either me or him, I asked if a self-serve station was available and the "customer service" person looked at me as if I were the crazy one. He then informed me that if I wanted to do business there I had to print 65 pages or more. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those who want to accomplish three goals: 1. See a real live Mouth breather! 2. Fulfill your masochistic fantasy of being talk down! 3. Laugh at the dying form of print media.
