I felt that my concerns were addressed and questions were answered. My biggest issue was the amount of time that this appointment took. I wasn't taken back to a room until about half an hour after my appointment. It was another long wait for a medical assistant to come back and review my medical history and vitals. Then they took me for X-rays and another wait for the doctor. After the doctor came in, I waited for another staff member to come with a brace to fit it and instruct me on wear and use. By the time that I left my 9 AM appointment, it was noon. Thankfully, my work schedule can be somewhat flexible, but I still found myself stressing about the time because we started the whole process late even after I showed up early to make sure all paperwork was done.

When I asked why I couldn't just arrive sufficiently early to complete it there (pointing out that neither of the above scenarios would result in the office receiving the form or any information on it until my appointment), they actually said, and I kid you not, "This is our policy - we cannot allow patients to complete the form in the waiting room." I mean, God forbid. So naturally I offered to arrive sufficiently early and complete the form in my car. Problem solved, right? Still a hard no. I am not one to complain but at this point I lost my patience. And they lost theirs.

She was patient, kind, intelligent, and had a warming sense of humor. The anesthesiology staff was great as well. All 3 of them were very receptive to my concerns and explained their entire process thoroughly. My doctor greeted and reviewed my procedure with me. Recovery nurse name started with a K and she also was very patient, empathetic and helpful. The entire staff was amazing. I'm glad I came here instead of outpatient at the hospital. Thank you!!!

And because they work as a team, they can switch doctors/patients without dropping a step. That makes them a great place for younger doctors to learn from them and provides us with multiple viewpoints along the way, with proper controls. I've also had situations requiring coordination between them and my PCP, and their conduct and professionalism makes that work very well. There's no room for a PCP to disrespect the chiropractic approach; they work together. Good folks and great care!

Hardly able to walk, my MD just prescribed steroids (no meds) with little effect and two months into treatment "gave up" on managing my radiating pains and recovery by referring me to a pain management center for shots. From the start, Dr. Fraudin's team located the problem (compression of L4 & L5), immediately provided manipulation, stretching, and carefully administered PT exercises (and taught me how to do them) to help heal the nerves and muscles... and now (late May) I am walking upright without a cane and progressing with rehab and near-normal movement. Daughter is deathly afraid of needles, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They made a point of learning her, my, and her father's name. The staff patiently addressed her numerous questions, and reassured her at every opportunity she would "pull through" (it was only ankle surgery). Her room was immaculate, fairly spacious, and comfortable. They kept track of Daughter's own personal wheelchair we brought. and checked to make sure it was adjusted and working properly. We (her father and I) were able to track her on overhead t.v. monitors at all times. Immediately afterward, the surgeon, Dr. Macalus Hogan, came out to discuss Daughter's surgery privately with her father and I. I would highly recommend this facility.

Patients can hear everything that the office staff says, including personal identifying information. They never actually call your insurance to confirm what your rate is. This place is a scam when it comes to how much they charge for a visit. They pick an arbitrary number without checking with the insurance provider. They make you pay there on-site the day of your test or no test. I've never had an MRI where there wasn't a headset or some distraction (movie playing or music playing), literally there was nothing. Just towels against your ears and that's it.
