Today was my first experience with Fanatics and Justin (the owner) cut my hair. Justin was very attentive to my requests and gave me the best haircut I've had in quite awhile. I'll be a loyal customer moving forward! read more

Worst haircut ever. If your hair is long enough to require scissors then this is not the place to get your hair cut. She obviously didn't listen to me and most certainly lied to me about cutting a little at a time to make sure that's not too short. She started by lopping off 2 inches off the side and then asked if I wanted it shorter. I told her no that it's already too short but she had to finish what she started. I repeatedly told her before she started cutting that I do not want it short. I will never go to Fanatics again and I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

- Two different people referred me to Cookie - She was excellent communicating with me "Keeping it on the safe side" - All customers are satisfied with their respective barbers - Inuitively, I felt like this was a good decision - Fun and welcoming atmosphere - Demonstrates the term "excellent customer service" such as offering a water bottle when I was coughing I will be back read more

The Original Fanatics - Exactly what I asked for - Barbers Near Me - Pearland, Texas

Took my boys (11 & 13) here in hopes to have a good shop close to our new house, and mission accomplished. Happy as hell to say the edge ups and fades were on point. I wish I would've got the names of the stylists, but we'll be back soon enough to find out next time. My boys are SUPER particular with their haircuts and they walked out smiling and "lookin fresh" as they say lol! Nice, clean shop with a bad ass waiting area with video games. And free drinks! And it was a Tuesday, but they had them in and out which made my day easier considering our busy weekday schedules. Tell your friends and friend's friends so Fanatics stays around for a nice long time! read more

There's no fanatic more than me for this barbershop. Located inside the heart of Pearland and situated just off Broadway is barbershop which goes above and beyond. While it's better to schedule your cut they do take walk ins. I'm normally a walk in. I maybe wait 20-30 minutes but sometimes an hour because they stay super busy. While you wait they have complimentary sodas, water and beer to drink. TV on the walls to watch sports. I've never walked out with a bad haircut. The staff is excellent and the guy that works the counter is cool ASF. Great job guys,! read more

The Original Fanatics - Looking fly for a White guy! - Barbers Near Me - Pearland, Texas

The woman who cut my hair stinks of cigarettes. Sub par haircut and over priced. Will never go there again.

I am indifferent quite honestly. The haircut was decent. And I mean decent as in it looked good for a day or 2. But a stylist shouldn't have to keep asking what my other barbers do to guide her skill. Also, talking the entire time to colleagues is a bit frowned upon; speaking to customer service- this is probably their weakest link. Put away your vape, play a music station that's not FM and blaring at your customers, quit asking the customer 1,000 questions. And don't trash talk someone's favorite BBQ joint after they say it's their personal favorite, IN TEXAS?!?! read more

She did exactly what I asked for. Smooth and quick service, a little more expensive than supercuts, but quality is way better so worth it. We never get exactly what we ask for at super cuts and it's always not thorough. Glad to find a veteran owned place to support that awesome. Will be back. read more

Justin is great. My cut was fast and flawless. Overall the entire staff is super friendly and entertaining. I highly recommend these guys!

Wow cyber Monday walked in at 640 for my 8yr old boy 1 barber working and 2 barbers not doing anything we were turned away. Usually takes 10 min for boys haircut. Note: Kids are future long term business read more

I thought I finally found a barber shop, but was unfortunately let down. I found the perfect barber there named Mandy. She cut my hair a couple of times and did a very nice job. She was extremely sweet and took time to listen to me when I explained what I wanted. My last visit there was on my day off and in the middle of the day. I checked in and proceeded to go to the restroom. When I opened the door there was a kid in there who forgot to lock the door. I immediately apologized and quickly closed the door. When I turned around there was a stylist named Cookie that ripped into me. She started to scream at me in a very aggressive manner. I genuinely apologized a thousand times, but yet she continued to yell. I was pissed. It's not my fault someone forgot to lock the door or someone wasn't watching him. But I genuinely made an honest mistake of walking in on someone. Who hasn't ever done that? And I quickly shut the door. It's a public place. It's shared space. Theres a lock on the door for a reason. But for an employee on the clock to stand in my face and yell at me about something that wasn't my fault is inappropriate. And for her to continue on and on just showed her lack of respect, judgement and professionalism. read more

It is sllllllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww but there haircuts are ok there only like 3 people that work there

Walk ins are not treated near as well as online bookings, and booking online is an extra $10 which I'm assuming goes to the barber for repeat customers. My problem is coming in at 11:20 in the morning and being told there is a short wait. 50 minutes later the same girl that tells me that skips me for an appointment. I could have easily gone to fanatics #2 if she hadn't lied to me. Apparently she thought someone was coming in 50 minutes later that could cut my hair after she told me "short wait". I'm even more upset knowing she knew what time he was coming in and still told me that. As I left someone stepped up and offered to cut my hair but I no longer had time for a full haircut and did not want something rushed. I'd stick to fanatics #2 which is a mile or two away and the customer service is a lot better. Wish I hadn't of tried the original location now. read more

Best barbershop in Pearland. Granted, it's the only one I've been to. But after going there once, I figured I don't need to explore. Got a haircut from everyone, except Justin so far. Melo cuts my mixed kid hair excellently every time. Great with the kids. (1) Free beer and soda.

Justin is the man-- great barber, knows how to actually fade and thin out hair, cool dude, and actually cares about his clients. The moment I walked in for the first time, I was welcomed and didn't have to explain what I wanted done for my haircut. Best barber/barbershop I've been to in the Pearland/Houston area. read more

This place is the best men's hair shop in Houston! My son and I went a few days ago, this is my first chance to write a review. Unlike most places, You walk in and they are actually happy to see you. Hellos, welcomes, and would you like a beer! Soft drink for my boy. The barber listened to what I wanted, and got it right! Overall, everyone here is genuine, generous, and talented! I will definitely return. read more

Amazing place, saw I gave them two stars a long time ago but was only frustrated with the long wait times. It's not their fault they had haircuts so good that lines were out the door. read more

Long wait time, perhaps due to the holiday time period. Haircut was OK. but nothing special. I was told later that free drinks are available while waiting and hot towels used during the haircut. But I wasn't offered either. If you are looking for a no frills, "old school", low cost haircut experience...this isn't it. $18 for a haircut is excessive in my opinion, and I won't return as a result. But for those willing to pay that much, this is probably a good place to consider. read more

Great place to go! Love the environment! Prices are on par with all the other Barber shops in the area but they have drinks here!

I brought my 3 year old son in to get a haircut today. I made a 10am appointment with Justin (the owner). I was thoroughly impressed with the punctuality and attention to detail during my son's haircut! We have had many experiences with local kids haircut shops but the inconsistency was driving me crazy so I am overjoyed to have found a place that can provide an amazing haircut in a professional environment at a reasonable price Thank you, Justin! read more

So my first time here was amazing! S/O to Melo for the hair cut! I got two different fades and I literally couldn't pick which one I wanted at first... so basically we just went with both. Pretty cool place to get a haircut. I've been coming here for a good while and and for the most part am pretty satisfied. As business has picked up so has the wait time. Which is a good thing if you're the shop but not so much if you're a customer. There are 3 chairs and sometimes only 2 people cutting. Over all I think this place is one of the cleanest and most professional grooming shops around. read more
