Not only did I have a cordial conversation with the owner, but I was personally invited to an upcoming special event open house. There are several boutique shops in the region, but I've found none other than Fancy Flamingo that carries Angie brand clothing items, a brand I have sought out for decades and usually could only find in specialty shops in the Asheville and Savannah areas. I was thrilled to find three items that I fell in love with, and two were on sale, so my money went far. Even the full priced item I purchased was a great value as it was very reasonably priced for this area. The friendly service, aesthetic appeal, and wide selection of clothing brands that I recognize and love will bring me back quite often. I have made up my mind that there's no need for me to visit big box discount stores for quality items at reasonable prices. I am convinced that I can pop in to this boutique in my own neighborhood and find exactly what I want and have a pleasant shopping experience.

There is a building with small rooms…read moreof indivdual vendors selling a variety of merchandise and a large space in the back with 11 or so more vendors. The staff was friendly and personable. The merchandise is flea market type of items; some new, some resale, and some handmade. It's a great place to treasure hunt. On Saturdays, there are even more vendors and food trucks.

It is basically a house that each room has different items and kind of a theme. There was a room that had stemware, a room of rugs, decorative items and more. The items are unique and I do not believe anything is second hand (I think its all new goods and not like the thrift stores in the area).
