It is best to stop at the front desk and wait your turn if you are looking for something specific and you have no idea where to start looking. I go there because they most likely have what I want or they know where to get it. Plus, they are local...not a big box store that exports profits to places I will never see. Don't be fooled ... they serve one customer at a time ... that does not mean that other customers are not important.

When you do get the good old boys attention, you will be treated as an unwanted interruption to their bullshit session over hunting, dogs, the weather, Democrats (how they are not running the country) female presidential candidates etc. I go in there a lot, Lewistown does not have many choices so you buy what you need where you can. We will see if their customer service improves when the new Western Ranch Supply gets its doors open, should be interesting.
