I have been needing a forklift for my wife's horse business, chuck yabro auctions had three at a recent auction so I decided to try my luck,. Mistake, the first two i was bidding on I lost both of these had videos of the unit functioning. The last one did not. Because I live 200 miles away previewing is not an option I decided to call to inquire about the functionality of the unit. The lady I spoke with was nice and polite and told me the unit was running and functioning right. Wrong I bid on and won the unit when I arrived to pick it up they were going to try to load it with a telehandler I said was told it was running lets just drive it on my trailer, again mistake, the unit was a bear to start and once it was going would barely crawl going forward or reverse. needless to say this is not my definition of running and operating unless you include the word barely. It was so bad it had to be pushed up the trailer by a telehandler while it was running. I am not pleased this was supposed to be a present to my wife and now I have nothing but an empty wallet, (it took every penny I had been saving for 5 months to buy this) and the embarressment that now I have nothing for my mothers day present. I guess fool me once same on them fool me twice shame on me. But I will never bid or spend another dime with this company and will tell everyone I encounter in the auction world to stay away from them they are not honest
