He gets really involved with the people who eat there. Whenever I have been there, he has made me get up and dance with him on a table at the front. After the dancing he gets everybody outside and lets us all smash a plate. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is the best I have ever experienced in a restaurant. My husband's filet had a thick layer of dark meat, also a strong fish flavor. The filets were thin, so once we removed the skin and dark meat there wasn't a lot left and it was on the dry side. For dessert, I had the cherry tart and my husband had cheesecake. I asked the server to describe the tart. She looked at me oddly and replied, "It is a cherry tart." It turned out to be more of an almond tart with three small cherries on top. The crust was difficult to cut through. The dishes were beautifully presented and some things are a matter of taste. In this case, I was expecting bland and boring chips sold in bulk to restaurants but was pleasantly surprised to receive large well-seasoned hand-cut (?) fried potatoes. Unfortunately, there weren't enough of them--I wanted more.
