We stopped in here because she needed another chair for her dining set that she purchased from here many moons back. We looked around the store at all the dining sets and found one that was somewhat similar to the one she bought from this store a few years back. A staff member came up to help us and she explained her quandary. The salesguy knew EXACTLY what set she purchased and said he needed to look in the back room for a sec. So, right then & there, I was impressed. I live in Minneapolis and am not used to this level of service. Stores at home cycle through merchandise so fast that it'd be impossible to find another chair after many years. The dude came back, no dice. But he directed us to follow him into anohter area of the back room while he looked. He actually LET US IN the backroom! How cool! Back at home, that would never happen, mostly for safety/insurance purposes. But again, no dice. Finally, he had one last option. A trailer outside held some of their older furniture, so he invited us to go outside with him to check it out. We actually got to go in the trailer with him and look around...and BINGO! There was the chair. How cool! She bought it (he gave her a discount) and he helped us load it into the car (she's a senior citizen, but it's not like *I* couldn't have lifted it). But it was a nice touch. I would totally shop here if I lived nearby. What service!

My friend made a comment to me about how I could always just learn the hard way with an uncomfortable pack and I knew I definitely didn't want to do that. I've done short treks with poor gear, and I knew I didn't want to do anything longer or heavier. When I finally decided to move forward with my Kifaru purchase, I was shocked at how helpful the customer service was! I'm a 110 pound female and was a little nervous about getting the right pack. They gave us some tests to do for the curvature of the back and asked some questions to make sure we got the correct frame. They also made sure that I ordered an extra small waist and they said they could make it smaller if needed too. When my pack showed up, I knew I made a good decision. It is so durable, yet comfortable. I've only taken it out a few times, but I love knowing that my shoulders, back, and waist will stay comfortable for miles upon miles, pounds upon pounds. It carries so well. Every person that tries on my pack instantly gets envious. I also love that I can buy other packs to use on my frame. Or I can add all sorts of pockets and other convenient features. Kifaru is legit and I highly recommend it.

Alex took the time to explain what needed to be done, provided an accurate estimate, and completed the job on schedule. The firearm functions perfectly now -- smooth action, clean finish, and everything feels solid and precise. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment we walked into the store, Alex was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. My friend's antique firearm given to him from his grandfather when he was a child now functions flawlessly, with smooth action and improved performance. On the sales side, Alex was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through his inventory. He had both new and used on consignment. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure my friend found exactly what he was looking for. The pricing was fair, and the buying process was smooth and straightforward. Went in to get a special order recently and the employee told me I had to go in the back room and get it myself. Went in another time and asked where something was that I couldn't find, and the employee behind the counter on her phone just took my phone and looked at what I was looking for and acted like she was doing me a favor by telling me what aisle it is. Then when you check out the rude employee doesn't even say a word to you, and immediately leans back up against the counter so she can play on her phone.

Took my payment over the phone, and I was able to make arrangements to have it picked up since I live 30 miles away in Riverton.,

I spoke with several people at the Pharmacy, all of whom were very polite, including the Pharmacist Nina. I was hoping to have some OTC meds set aside for a relative attending the NOLS WEMT course and Nina was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - walking me through what meds might be needed based on various symptoms, allowing me to pay for the meds over the phone, and making arrangements to set them aside for pick up. If you have any Pharmacy needs while in Lander, I urge you to go to Palace Pharmacy. Their customer service cannot be beat!
